    What has changed since 2002?

What has changed since some of us starting working to expose and remove the domestic terrorists from our government, military and police? Only the body count of innocent victims harmed at home and abroad, which the failed policies of elected & non-elected officials enabled; as well as, some of the names and political parties of those in power, who did not uphold their oath of office to support and defend our Constitution.

What have you done to fix it?

Here's something from someone who has worked every single day for over the last decade to stop it. You may not care for his tactics; but neither he, nor I deserve the severe injustices we have suffered for continuing this essential work.

The single most important fact from this work is, the 2002 Public Law 107-243, which gave any president the power to go to war without a declaration, as well as Martial Law powers within our homeland; is still in place bankrupting us morally and fiscally. In addition to giving our enemies all the ammunition they need to justify their violence against us.

No one has the right to strike first, and the founders of our Constitution put in protections to ensure our military was not put to use by the will of just the president, as it has been since October of 2002 when Bush signed PL 107-243. Obama didn't fix it, nor did Boxer and Feinstein. The torture our government has enabled is just one slice of what PL 107-243 has enabled, along with the loss of many of our Constitutional rights.

We've been noting these facts for a long time; so many of you dismissed and diminished this vital work and those involved.

More than clear our federal and local government are not going to fix themselves. How much more will be sacrificed because you just sat there and grimaced?

What are you waiting for now?

This very well produced documentary demonstrates how the policies of torture did not end with the Bush admin.

It's not the release of the report on our country's use of torture that will cause those we've harmed to seek revenge; it's our so-called leaders refusal to prosecute our own for these war crimes, which get repeated every day we conduct unconstitutional, strike-first wars of choice.

Happy New Year, Barry. Maybe we can end 66 years of United States mass murder and world terrorism for fascist gain.

Maybe we can establish "this Constitution for the United States."
