where's the best place to have gallbladder surgery

Trying to help a friend who is chemically sensitive get ready for gallbladder surgery.
Would love to hear from people who have had the laparascopic surgery or know someone who has - about the best place to have the surgery. She has a choice of

Advanced Surgery Institute on 4th Street in Santa Rosa
Memorial Hospital
Sutter Hospital

she's leaning toward the Surgery Institute rather than a hospital, but just heard a bad report from someone who had surgery there 5-6 years ago - problem with the anesthesiologist.
Has anyone gone there more recently - and what's your take on the place.

She's interested in the new Sutter Hospital, but hasn't been in it yet, and worries that with new paint, carpet etc.. it might be an unhealthy environment for her.
