OCCUPY TRUTHS


My heart has been broken and it can’t be fixed.

This “Test” of Love and faith is too riddled with tricks.

It’s all too immoral and filled with fraudulent lies.

There’s too much deception behind such beautiful eyes.


It’s all a fantasy of deluded and twisted minds.

This emotion so sweet yet it all feels too unkind.

They speak of truth yet only proffer up lies.

They bind the world up in self-righteous ties.


It’s incomprehensible in this crazy spate.

But just look at this world and see all of its hate.

It’s a story for Jerry, or Maury or Steve.

While our children pay dearly and silently grieve.


You speak of Intuitions and attractions and such.

But here in the real world things haven’t changed much.

You claim to be experts where “Love” is concerned.

But look behind me, where every bridge you have burned.


Who’s raising our child, who’s taking the time?

You always take credit while spending my dime.

A new century is dawning and ahead all I see

Is more of the past dishonest and unfree.


You speak of emotions but only show one.

Manipulating is joy, and your web is now spun.

Not one thing will change here if we don’t speak the truth.

This psychosis is sickness and it robs everyone’s youth.


You got liberated in the 60s to go find your true self.

Now 40 years after, love collects dust on the shelf.

It’s collecting these memories and decaying with time.

And this truth gets denied while you kick it further on down the line.


You’ve torn up our hearts now and then questioned our faith.

Who’s playing “God”now? Your own judgment awaits.

You can’t keep projecting this posture of lies.

Wake up from this slumber; try to see with honest eyes.


Not one of us is perfect, so stop all this blame.

Just Occupy “Truth” and rekindle this flame.

Please give us some hope and look deeper within

This delusion of hypocrisy is the real original sin.


Just open your hearts now and just do your best

The time has come for you to pass this Love Test.

Our kids are all looking at your model of true love

While walking the dark streets as sex slaves to your love.


If you really cared here you’d pull them all back

But when you do nothing, they walk right in your track.

The power is within us but when your memory fades

You hide in the darkness and pull down all the shades.


Just prove you are honest and let this journey begin.

But to walk in the light one must examine their own sins.

You claim to be Captain and it’s you at the helm.

But the immutable truth is far below the Alpha Realm.


Please spare me your lectures, and re-examine your hate

Stop pointing your fingers and transform everyone’s fate.

It’s time to wakeup now and stop all these games

Try to learn something new here and rewire your brain.


It’s the old double-standard pointing the finger of blame

But we all know the truth now, 4 point back at your name.

You keep making promises but fail to comply,

In the courts of Law, all your perjuries belie.


Most animals are treated with more dignity and respect

While Love and Romance get bounced like a rubber check.

Please look at yourself and stop all of this blame

Step up to the plate and start showing some shame.


Where is all this love that you profoundly profess?

Try living the truth here and re-take this “Emotional Test.”

You scream and you swear you’re all virgin and pure

But after the DNA is read you say now that you’re unsure.


You bewitch us with carnal pleasures until you’ve set up your trap,

But I’d chew off my own foot to be freed from this fictitious crap.

And if you think we have any value, then please give us our due.

Look ahead in this 21st century and begin both our journeys anew.


Truth, Integrity and Dignity are inextricably combined.
