Filmmaker is looking for participants about police militarization

With the case of Andy Lopez still raw in all that happened, this kind of aggressiveness in the police, lack of citizen respect, racial profiling and militarization is happening all over the country. My favorite reporter, Abby Martin, had filmmaker Dylan Avery discussing the creating of his new documentary, "Black and Blue" on the rise of America's militarized police state & why we're 8 times more likely to get killed by a cop than a terrorist.

Dylan, himself, was harassed and taken into the LA police station for walking his dog...without identification. He is asking for others to step forward with accounts of what happened to them around this topic, and I thought this might be an opportunity for those of you who are in contact with the Lopez family or those close to them to contact Dylan.
