this could be because the date is passed, it was...
At 13.30 on Monday 24th February...
however I have just visited his Fbook page, and there it says that at the end of the tribunal before the court the did not dismiss his case, and will be determined on April 7th at 6pm local time
there is a petition here now, sorry but it is in french, it is him speaking

well I was just able to sign but I listened to some of the video, and there was a big green "signer" oval
button below the video window, it's gone now replaced bt "tweet" ....!! but this is perhaps because I signed, maybe for you it will be there
