    Occupying our priorities

    From my online outpost:

    www.facebook.com/colleen.fernald?ref=tn_tnmn

Please tell all your electeds, the only budget you support is one that puts our values first.

Fund AmericaCARE. De-fund all undeclared wars of choice.

Fund gardens, not death by: assassin, military nor contractor's: gun, bomb, drone, etc.; without due process, for - anyone, anywhere, anytime.

That's what respecting each others sovereign rights looks like. That's why honoring the Oath of Office to protect the Constitution is one of our most respected values; not an indicator of someone for an FBI or CIA watch list.

This is because the Constitution lays out our national values, and requires a declaration of war by Congress; not one president, before we send our troops into harms way. But, do we not have a glaring internal conflict? We value defense, while we fund offense, as we sink towards insolvency.

The US Constitution says nothing about subcontracting offense or defense to domestic or foreign contractors, or to one or more federal agencies. Especially without due process, for Americans or anyone.

It says nothing about the use of strike first policies, as foolishly “authorized” in resolutions such as, PL 107-243; sending us into Iraq under false pretenses.

By abdicating the power to declare war, Congress, on both sides of the aisle, allowed the Bush Doctrine to be expanded into the Obama Doctrine.

Not wanting to be an accomplice to these war crimes, I challenged California voters in the 2006 & 2012 primaries to give their votes to candidates for peace, by running for US Senate.

I continue to refuse to be an enabler of the atrocity of strike first foreign policies, the dismantling of Habeus Corpus; and the ruination of our planet for the profit of a few.

Besides working on being less of a hypocrite with my choices; I'm compelling ya'll to co-create the solutions for being in a world that works for everyone. Or at least one that honors resolving our differences without striking first, and selling goods and services with the social and ecological standards we can define with our top 10 values list.

BTW- the War Powers Act is a “work around” the Constitution, not an amendment. It didn't make Viet Nam a funding value, nor any act of undeclared “war” since. It only did harm to our troops, our earth neighbors and their land, as well as, another great load of debt for many generations to inherit.

It is vital for Americans, and our government at all levels, to define victory; and plant organic Victory Gardens, in: homes, schools & daycare centers, offices, hospitals, jails and prisons.

(What a way to create actual carbon offsets!)

You do not win a war without declaring it. You do not win a battle by becoming as bad as your conquered. You can only annihilate that way. What does this make the United States #1 at if we ever "win"?

To obtain victory, ways to resolve disrespected: personal, community, and national rights must be agreed to - not enforced by force, without due process.

The Occupy's General Assembly movement has helped create that with far less violence from its participants than any other NATO plan of action.

See www.occupylove.org for evidence of that.

Let's get all who have sworn the Oath of Office to honor and Occupy it; for We the People, for lasting peace fueled by the real measure of prosperity - happiness through the consensus of the majority.

Think we can get 99.5% on board with new definitions and models of success for 5 social and 5 environmental values?

What would yours & your community's be?

Is that in sync with your local, state and federal policies and budget items?

How could we resolve these value differences without resorting to disrespecting: property, sovereign, and human rights, along with ecological protection?

What would happen to the market, if the buying power of 99.5% of us found a way to make a list of our common 10 values when it comes to where we move our money along the lines of: ourselves, each others rights; as well as, the planet's ability to adapt all humanity's habitat to everyone's historic, modern, and accumulated habits?

What happens if we ignore, believe lies, or continue fighting about government funding for what we value?

What does that future look like, versus the one where we do the hard work to understand all the consequences of how we: live, work & play; who we give our money and time & vote to?

How can we filter, and broadcast our collective truth to lift us from the damage caused by investing in the lies that hurt: us, our neighbors, our habitat?

Occupy all our choices with love for humanity, Earth & beyond.

Move all the habits and consumptions you can to that part of the 99.5% that demonstrates how it aligns with the values which respect the earth and its inhabitants.

Let's infiltrate Big Brother, & at least ˝ of the 1%, and collectively mine our data for the greater good.

Can law enforcement, the military and Anonymous work together to rid crime from the inside out?

Let's build that list of the 10 values we hold the highest.

Let's gauge the size of our market force, by building the list of those who will mindfully filter their choices with this balanced prime values list.

Let's divide, and peacefully conquer 1/2 of the 1%, by de-funding and/or incarcerating those who deserve it most.

Let's find a way to protect and honor the whistle-blowers who can provide the details needed to do this. While we also install true transparency to prevent the erosion of our human rights & Constitutional values again.

This may be the only way the United States can unite on what victory for the majority looks like.

    Are you in?

Better move fast, we have a narrow window open until Martial Law is fully de-cloaked, and more of our Civil Rights are further from being restored.

So - are your elected officials in? We can't wait for elections, so re-calls are in order.

Organization is key, the Occupy's General Assembly model can work if done in each community in partnership with their municipality, not opposition.

If we can move 2/3rds of our state's Attorney Generals to value our top ten list, We the People can do what Congress and the presidents have failed to do for too long; deliver a majority consensus that brings peace and happiness to all generations to come, not just the 1%'s.

With 2/3rd of our states on the same page of just 5 key issues, we could undo the the most unconstitutional actions Congress and the Supreme Court have treasonously allowed under the influence of foreign & domestic enemies controlled by the 1%.

If there is other life in the universe; let's demonstrate our intelligence as a species. What would we show our own families, those from another country or planet, are the 5 most important things we value for our species. And which 5 more are required to restore and protect the amazing natural ecosystems found on this Earth we are so blessed to have life on?

Why are we, and this 3rd planet from this sun, worth not destroying; at our own hand, or by others?

How do we demonstrate what we value? Our acts of: kindness, art, enterprise that lightens our impact or suffering? Or enabling a large percentage of our budget to foster acts of strike -first violence by us or our allies, acts of war on terror through terror?

If we stop funding all missions based on striking first; how long do you think it would take before retaliations for these missions were greatly reduced?

How long would it take for the US to stop being hypocrites, by joining this worldwide cease fire every September 21st, until the majority of the digitally & community connected families and friends across this globe recognized that the majority of us are here to live in peace with them? Not fight, not conquer nor dominate, not extract their resources without the consent of their majority, with sensitivity to the environmental and social costs.

While you think of your top 10; I'll look for SuperNerds to build the net on the 'net to catch them. So we can put it to use, by seeking the heroes who fit the list, and why; as well as, the zeros who don't.

Not sure Facebook is properly motivated to save the day in this way; know who is!?

Set a trend; Occupy yourself with love. Occupy Nature with care. Move your community to Occupy the: agendas, resolutions, bills & amendments of all your representatives with the mindful values you know are true.

Require all those you do business with to respect these values. Then we'll see how well the markets adopt them; because we came to redefine success as the light from which the prism of our mutual mindful actions shine.
