Tea Party to own LA Times?

The Tribune Company is considering a sale of the Times to the worst of the Tea Party fringe -- David and Charles Koch. They'll use this venerable institution to get their extreme ideas into the mainstream media.

The Tribune Company needs to put journalism over profit, and commit to not selling the Los Angeles Times to the Koch brothers, nor to any other party that will use it to pump propaganda out to the millions of readers in Los Angeles.
