Do you have the next great young adult novel in your laptop? Enter the Redwood Writers 2012 Young Adult Fiction Writing Contest, and put your story to the test. A panel of top judges will review your work, and if you’re lucky enough to win that coveted first prize, you’ll not only receive $100, but you’ll also get a 10-page manuscript critique with literary agent Karen Grencik of Red Fox Literary Agency. The deadline for entry is Oct. 15. Winners will be announced at the Redwood Writers general membership meeting on Dec. 9, 2012. The cost per entry is $8 for members and $12 for nonmembers.
