Hello my friends,

I invite you to join us in a deep and meditative women's wave as we come together and dance with each other and ourselves, celebrating the powerful feminine energy and the coming new moon in Scorpio.

We will move to an uninterrupted 5rhythms wave for an hour and 20 minutes and end in meditation in a specific mudra.

Cost: $15Location: Exercise Room, Recreation Building, Bee and Caledonia, Sausalito.


With the new moon in Scorpio is on Wednesday the 26th, we will be dancing to live drumming with John and Randall with the theme of ancestors as the veil between world is thinning. We have also open the altar position to the community, so if anyone is called to do an altar for the ancestors theme, please contact me. It could be as simple or as elaborate as you would like and you would dance for free that night.

7-9pm MLK gym, 610 Coloma St Sausalito.
