Self-Forgiveness Workshop

This workshop gives participants a supportive and practical approach to transforming self-judgments, finding self-forgiveness and healing from guilt, shame and pain. An important part of the process includes learning how to maintain the forgiveness and make different decisions in the future. Participants will work with a partner to practice elements of self-empathy and with individual journaling to use guided processes for transforming self-judgments and finding self-forgiveness and healing.
