Conflict Resolution for Couples

Designed specifically for couples who wish to improve their interpersonal conflict skills and increase the ability to resolve disagreements, heal unresolved pain, make mutually beneficial agreements, break unhealthy patterns, deepen spiritual connection and strengthen communication skills that support understanding, compassion and connection. Participants will work with each other and other participants to practice speaking and listening with empathy, form new patterns of responding when emotionally triggered, and develop strategies for ongoing openness and communication.
Knowledge of Nonviolent Communication preferred but not necessary. (See Intro to Authentic Communication Workshop for more info)

I have trained extensively with International NVC Mediation Leaders John Kinyon and Ike Lasater and incorporate their models and tools into my practice as well. Communication skills have been an essential part of my professional development in the industries of Healthcare, Construction and Marketing in which I have worked, and have lead me to pursue Communication Coaching and Conflict Mediation as my full-time profession. Additionally, I am training to become a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication to further my contribution to the vision of creating peace in the world.
