Request for Songs

We are a small, local woman owned publishing company (www.EmeraldEarth.net) interested in compiling a collection of original songs to be sung either at the bedside of someone with a life threatening illness, or at a memorial service. They could include:

• unaccompanied (a cappella) melodies sung in unison or with a simple harmony
• spiritual, but not religion-specific
• songs of comfort, forgiveness, gratitude, surrender, lullabies, blessing, etc. (in any voicing)
• short chants that can be sung or hummed repeatedly as a form of meditation
