Re: New Kaiser Group for Seniors

SPREAD THE WORD! KNOW any senior Kaiser members, age 65 and over, who would like to discuss, and get support for,
the issues of aging with fellow peers (and social workers)?

Kaiser Santa Rosa's new "Senior Hot Topics Group" will be starting next Friday February 25, from 10:30- 12 in the
Medical Offices East Building conference room (see flier for more details). It will be
a free, weekly, open group for KAISER members (with no registration required), and will focus on topics such as
Transitions in Aging, Coping with Loss, Relationships and Intimacy, Housing Transitions, Risk Factors, and much more.
We are trying to reach out to seniors 65 and over who are retired or close to retirement, who
would like to get together with fellow seniors to discuss these topics and get support (and who may
not otherwise reach out for support)! This is a Behavioral Medicine group, not a health education class, so please
call Joseph Cutler at (707) 393-3666, or myself at 571-2523, if you have any questions.

Please spread the word!
