    Sending out an S.O.S!

    Sending out an S.O.S!

To avert a potential ecological disaster/flood
near the headwaters of Santa Rosa Creek
I am asking for the sort of help that the Mennonites
of Pennsylvania offer to the victims of floods; and
that they provide each other, in the raisings of barns –
in this case, to stem the tide of a landslide.

The foot of my hill is sliding into a new, & ill-constructed pond,
and I need the help of a crew of good people who will stand in a line,
on an already muddy slope, and pass sandbags to those – including myself,
who will be placing the sandbags in the breach at the foot of the slide.

Blessings upon those who answer this call!

If you have a kind heart, are able-bodied, and can volunteer,
    please, do come on up.

We need women also, to sew up the sandbags as they are filled...
Some kind of portable sewing machine suitable for the purpose is necessary.

Please email, ASAP. My rural land-line telephone is out on account of the rains,
and I can only be reached my email, at present.

Please Note: This is an actual Emergency, in the Present, in Real Time,
and Every day and hour matters, while these torrential rains are upon us.

    Thank You
