looking for a conscious quiet individual to rent my studio cottage in lovely Fairfax.
The space includes a sm kitchen, bathroom, living room and sleeping loft, lots of windows and is surrounded by trees. The property backs into open space great for biking and hiking. The rental also includes a driveway parking space and laundry facilities. I am prepared to remove all of my personal items but will be leaving the space fully furnished and decorated. There is limited additional storage space for the subleter if need be.

The rent is $1350 which includes ALL utilities, basic cable TV (has a DVD player)+cable Internet.

This is a very sweet space....nestled in the trees and close to downtown Fairfax
