    Mid-Morning Yoga Class???

    Can anyone recommend a yoga class that meets in Sebastopol about 10 AM weekdays? This is the only time I have available. Thanks!!!

    I also, was going to mention Westside...there classes are at 9:15 am and I know of a class that starts at 10am in Santa Rosa on Benton St. on Sat., a 10:45am class at The Yoga Center of Sonoma County on Sat. and they also have 9:15am classes weekly and 12noon classes...hope that this helps
