Huge barn (built in 2007) with high ceilings and lots of light, grooming stall, tack room and covered hot water wash stall has 8 stalls with ComfortStall® flooring all with attached covered paddocks with Windsor HDPE post & rail safety fencing.

Several turn out options and lots of grazing. 20,000 sq. ft. superb all-weather arena with High Performance footing. 1/3 mile maintained galloping lane. Six to eight horses on site. Horse care, grooming, ranch help needed! Reduce your board by lending us a hand to help to run the place.
