I was unable to find the list of dual citizens in Congress, but I remember Lieberman was one. And former Israel Defense Forces' Rahm Emanuel, who is now Obama's Chief of Staff.

Potentially yes...the only ones that can be denied Israeli citizenship are Jews who have publicly declared themselves to be Messianic or Jewish Christians. Seems the more orthodox rabbis see this as a deliberate abandonment of identity.

Am I missing something or are some of these posts subtly implying that just by being born Jewish one inherently has dual loyalties and constitute a potential fifth column...not to be trusted in any position of responsibility or power?

Wouldn't you find it disturbing too if a large number of influential government officials had dual Palestinian citizenship, and the US's support for Palestine was never questioned? How about if the Chief of Staff was a volunteer in the Palestinian Army, and was the son of a Palestinian terrorist? Or if the head of Homeland Security had Palestinian citizenship? If Palestinians owned the 5 major media conglomerates in the US and if Wolf Blitzer was a former spokesman for Palestine, would you feel you would be getting both sides of the story on issues relating to Palestine?
