Do You Appreciate Having The Progressive Festival Here In Sonoma Co.?
If so, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

- Putting on the Progressive Festival each year costs about $8000 for speakers' fees, insurance, park rental, printing and mailing of thousands of flyers, chairs & port-a-potty rentals, musicians' fees, food costs, ads in the Argus, PD, Bohemian, etc. etc., etc.

- In the past we have always managed to raise the money by the skin of our teeth from several annual garage sales, donations from groups tabling, proceeds from the food booth and direct donations at the Festival itself.

This year however, due to various factors, we estimate that:
We will be $1500 short of the funds needed to put on the Festival!

- So we are issuing this Emergency Fundraising Appeal to all of you who enjoy the Festival each year. Please send whatever you can afford to donate to: The Petaluma Progressives, P.O.Box 445, Petaluma, CA 94953. (No donation is too small.)

- In addition, if you have items you'd like to donate for our next garage sale, please contact Steve Dyer at 707-318-7548.

- We also need a few more volunteers to help the SF Mime Troupe set up their stage. Please contact Chuck Sher at 763-8134 if you want to help them. See you there!!

Please send to anyone who might help in whatever way.
