Grove protesters attack strike-first Congress.
Most Bohemians liked it.

This year, for the first time in 27 years, there was no organized protest at the summer encampment among the Redwoods at the Bohemian Grove in Monte Rio, California. There wasn't a war protester in sight until 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign from Graton showed up early Sunday morning with a banner reading ~
Congress: Cease fire
in undeclared wars of congressional choice.
Life may not be taken without due process.

Ever since Bad Boy Born-again Bush was apparently set up by Hoover Fellow Condoleezza Rice to become a widower during the attempted assassination of his running mate, Vice President Dick Cheney, on 9-11, which caused the unplanned murder of 2,629 New Yorkers in failed insurance scams that hide controlled demolition, Bohemian Grove protest organizer Mary K. Moore has kept her pot loving flock away from the entrance to the grove on the first Sunday during the 10 day encampment, except when there were no Bohemians coming or going.

In past protests, during the tightly controlled march to the grove entrance, always led by a bull dyke on a bull horn, and during the feeble ceremony at the deliberately vacant entrance, the no-more-undeclared-war chant would get drowned out. But this year, with strike-first Congress facing re-election, and protests about 'mass murder in undeclared wars of congressional choice, never necessity,' growing on the Internet, there is no drowning out the above message. So rather than risk more exposure, bought-off protesters took a dive for undeclared warmongers and drug lords who profit from mass murder and plunder, and stayed home.

No doubt some Bohemian Clubers were in line to profit from the failed insurance scams and the failed assassination of anti-Enron Energy Czar Cheney on 9-11. No doubt some members continue to profit from human misery in United States undeclared wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, triggered by 9-11.

The members of this prestigious club did not authorizes the optional conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq. Their hired goons in Strike-first Congress did. To be exact, their federal representatives Hillary Clinton, Dianne Feinstein, and John McCain and 370 other traitors in the 107th Congress did. Consequently, under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, none of these strike-firsters may hold any office under the United States. That has their sponsors worried and that is why there are no protesters at the Bohemian Grove this year, except renegade 9-11 Truth Campaigners that uncovered this huge problem for murderous people under Oath of Office.

Undeclared wars deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and without due process of our nation's supreme law, in violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments. Intentionally depriving a person of life is murder. Intentionally depriving a person of liberty is unreasonable seizure. Intentionally depriving a person of property is theft.

California Congressman Howard Berman, Ken Calvert, John Doolittle, David Drier, Elton Gallegly, Wally Herger, Duncan Hunter, Darrell Issa, the late Tom Lantos, Jerry Lewis, Howard McKeon, Gary Miller, Danna Rohrabacher, Edward Royce, Adam Schiff, Brad Sherman, George Ranovich, Congresswomen Mary Bono and Ellen Tauscher, United States Senators Hillary Clinton and John McCain, and 352 other members of the 107th Congress, and 9-11 attempted wife killer George w. Bush, legalized United States murder, unreasonable seizure, and theft in Iraq under fascist Public Law 107-243 for their domestic enemy sponsors who profit from human misery on foreign soil. Some of their domestic enemy sponsors are probably Bohemian Club members. Very few Bohemians did not like the above message.

Unless the 2002 authorization to use military forces in the unconstitutional war of congressional choice in Iraq is ended by the repeal of strike-first foreign policy in Public Law betrayal 107-243, as the California Democratic Party supports, and as Section 3 of the 14th Amendment requires in "remove such disability," not only may 9-11 "act of war" con man McCain, or suspended presidential candidate Mrs. Taliban Clinton, hold any office under the United States, the above 18 traitors in Congress from California who also may not hold any office under the United States are ripe for death sentences under California Penal Code Section 37.

California Superior Court Judge Gary Nadler is trying to cover up this fact which is the cause of action behind JENKEL v. SECRETARY OF STATE, mandamus Case No. SCV-242315, in the County of Sonoma. Finding a California constitutional court of law to compel Honorable Debra Bowen to consider that all of the 20 people listed above are disqualified from hold any office under the United States that affects we the betrayed people of California is no small job.

In November, California voters can easily do the job of ending mass murder in optional undeclared wars by not voting for any candidate, including undeclared Iraq war equivocator Barack Obama, who funded or authorized undeclared wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, and, thereby gave aid and comfort to our domestic enemies, who may be in the Bohemian Club.
