The People of Santa Rosa, California pay their Police Department to enforce the law. Lee Fredrick Jones of Santa Rosa has violated California Penal Code Section 278.5 by maliciously depriving undeclared war protester Rachel Charity Lamm of 26 court-ordered visitations with her unreasonably seized child last year. Mr. Jones has never been charged with these felony violations because he is protected by sponsors of Congress who profit from undeclared wars.

A 5th citizen's arrest of felony suspect Jones was made on March 13, 2008, for the third time in front of the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department. Santa Rosa Police Lieutenant Nick Sensley failed to provide civil standby, and Sonoma County Sheriff Sergeant Joe Quinn and Deputy Mike Voorhes assisted suspect Jones.

Santa Rosa and Sonoma County feed off Homeland Insecurity hush money at the expense of a child. Public officer's Sensley, Quinn, and Voohes failed to make an arrest of a suspected repeat felon in violation of California Penal Code Section 142 (a) by willfully refusing to receive or arrest felony suspected Jones. Their violations are felonies. They also gave aid and comfort to domestic enemies who have profited from over 70 Hoover Institute-advised and CIA-promoted undeclared wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, since the last lawful war, WWII. Their treason is punishable by death sentences under CPC Sec. 37.

The betrayed People of Santa Rosa, California want Santa Rosa Police Chief Ed Flint to admit that Stanford grad student Mengyao "May" Zhou, was murdered and hacked, and did not commit suicide. Her remains were found on January 25, 2007 in the trunk of her car on the Santa Rosa Junior College campus. The late May probably realized that the Hoover Institute at Stanford advised Enron-owned 9-11 Non-Commander George w. Bush to invade Afghanistan in favor of energy starved U.S. creditors Communist China, India, and Japan and bottom feeders like pipeline builder Bechtel. China was the homeland of May's parents in San Diego.

In 2002, the Hoover Institute on War, Revolution, and Peace also advised Congress to strike first in Iraq under Public Law 107-243 for Big Oil and bottom feeders like Halliburton, which is controlled by U.S. Energy Czar Dick Cheney. VP Cheney was the target of the Enron-sponsored crimes of 9-11. He was saved because Bad Boy Born-again Bush changed the plan by leaving former librarian Laura Bush to be a sitting duck with anti-Enron Czar Cheney in the White House. The planned kamikaze attack by al Qaeda Martyrdom Battalion goons on United Flight 93 had to be scuttled because there would have been no way to hide Bush's treachery in taking over his former librarian wife's "Read don't watch" event in Florida while she was killed at the White House.

We the endangered People want Sonoma County Sheriff Deputies John Misita and Jim Ryan held accountable for shooting "delusional" 16 year old Jeremiah Chass on March 13, 2007. He was shot 7 times while defending himself with a workman tool alone in his parents van on their private property. He had been blinded by mace. Then these brutes searched the Chass home without a warrant to find justification for their unreasonable use of deadly force. Jeremiah probably realized that Sebastopol was controlled by drug lords and undeclared warmongers. Chief Flint covers this up too.

We tree lovers want California Superior Court Judge Gary Nadler in Sonoma County to save a grove of 48 landmark Douglas Fir trees that Paul Hobbs Winery wants to cut down. Paul Hobbs promised to save all 60 trees in return for an easement to build a stark, bait and switch winery. This $6-8 million all cash investment, Stalag 116, is probably financed by shake down money from drug lords and undeclared warmongers in a protection racket run by Willie Lewis Brown, Jr.

We the betrayed People of the State of California want a mandate from California Superior Court Judge Allen D. Hardcastle in Sonoma County compelling Secretary of State Debra Bowen to inform presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and John McCain that under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment they are disabled from holding any office under the United States that affects California.

Until strike-first Public Law betrayal 107-243 is repealed and there are unconditional cease fires in undeclared wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, the election of either Clinton or McCain is voidable in ANY court of constitutional law. Clinton, McCain, Dianne Feinstein, Ellen Tauscher, and 369 traitors in the 107th Congress gave aid and comfort to domestic enemies who profit from undeclared wars by authorizing 9-11 attempted wife killer Bush to use deadly United States force "as he determines to be necessary" in Public betrayal 107-243.

Bravo!! While I agree with your analysis of the issues and possible connections between these various evil men and corporate entities, in order to fight these guys, working together, as THEY do, its important to "appear" sane. Please understand that I sense a few over the top almost delusional statements. Someday they may be proven accurate and true. However, we MUST, in an effort to ultimately succeed, tone down the rhetoric. And, as my cousin used to tell me all the time. "just because I'm crazy doesn't mean they're NOT all out to get me." Yes I believe there is much truth in this post but you are preaching to the convinced, mostly around here. Find a way to water it down. By stating these suspicions between the lines somehow, more subtely I think, ultimately, will attract more of the attention you/we/ all of us need.. These warmongering bastards need to be sued!!!! That is what I think. Environmentally unconscious actors should be sued. There has to be a straight, legal way to cut the heads off this monster. Certainly Gandi managed to score a direct hit, & sanely. We should start by studying history, looking again for sane & successful ways to go about it.
