Energy shifts this week!

This is a few days late in some ways, but still relevant in others. I sent this out to my e-list on Wed, the 18th. It is still very much in effect, so may help to explain a few things for those who are feeling like they're being blown around in some kind of mental/emotional/spiritual...or in some cases, even a physical hurricane.

Today marks the exact conjunction of Pluto to the Galactic Center. As many of you know, this effect has been building up for about a year, and due to Pluto's retrogradation we will have by the end of this year have experienced the conjunction 3x - an occurance that happens astrologically about every 250 years.

For the most part this is an extremely subtle shift that happens below the radar of mass consciousness. Yet because we are waking up as a whole, many of us are aware of and ready for the changes. Common experiences now are that many of our rusty old beliefs are crumbling away, along with toxic energy, people, or things that no longer seem to fit into our lives. To some, this seems overwhelming and indeed it can be very intense. The pressures may seem great, and the progress may appear to be slow, but in actuality we are closer than ever before to the realization and manifestation of our True Selves, and the desires that stem from our souls.

Today we may sense the effects of this cumulative and collective effort, a general sense of peace can now help restore our sanity. Toxicity has been released, and while the cleansing might not be over, we are within the "Eye of the storm" - a lull, where we can gather up fuel for the next powerful awakening. This is a day to above all - Nourish. Nourish self, nourish planet, nourish family, nourish soul. Nourish. Nothing more is needed at this time.
