    Hello, I've had food/weight problems my entire life. This last year I have gotten help in a 12 step program. Works awesome. I have lost 53 pounds and have kept it off. Others have lost hundreds of pounds and have maintained a normal weight for years. You have got to want to. There are many sonoma county meetings.
