We are looking for a strong, healthy and reliable person who can work hard, work safe, follow directions, pitch in, and be part of our small nursery team!

Job Includes:
Watering, weeding, digging, lifting, weed eating, assisting with plant propagation, fertilizing, pruning and assisting with on-site maintenance and occasionally off-site landscaping jobs.

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and reliable transportation to and from work. Important to be strong, safe, and have good body awareness/lifting skills. Also, must be reliable, have the ability to follow directions, and the ability to work as part of a small team. Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude about work, have good communication skills, speak fluent English, like plants and physical outdoor labor, and have a hefty portion of common sense.

Preference for and Advancement Opportunities for those with:

• ​Nursery and/or Landscaping experience or horticultural background.
• Valid CA Drivers License, clean DMV record, experience pulling trailers or using tractors.

Work Schedule:
Full Time, Tuesdays through Saturdays
Begins immediately

Negotiable pay rate depending on experience and skills. Generally $14 hour training rate, $15 after 3 month probationary period.
