Lots of nature around, quiet neighborhood, house has bamboo flooring downstairs and in bedrooms, very bright and inviting. Laid back, bohemian feel to home, a few resident fish. Scent free, chemical free home. Room is upstairs, average size, decent closet, share bath with one other.

Progressive, responsible and mature household, currently roommates in 30s and 40s, into organic gardening, international cooking, aviation, meditation, yoga, nature, biking, wine tasting, surfing, classical guitar, writing. We keep the house clean and uncluttered, have pretty busy lives, respect each other's space but get along well. Hate free zone, no discrimination and tolerance for diversity a must.

Prefer full time employed or full time student but we can talk, mature and responsible, on board with Covid safe practices, best for a day person as house quiets down around ten or so, especially on weeknights.
