Need a retreat from the holiday hustle and bustle? Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice done in a reclined position requiring minimal activity, may be your self-care solution. It is known as “yogic sleep” because of the benefits of relaxation, peace, healing, and rest it promotes and is a wonderful antidote to anxiety, depression and stress. Kali Om (ERYT-500), who lives in Sebastopol and specializes in Yoga Nidra, will guide the meditative session after a brief introduction to the philosophy and study behind the practice. Please be prepared with your yoga mat, blanket, towel, and two pillows.

Event is 5-6PM Pacific Time
