  -Bright inviting home, lots of light, uncluttered bohemian feel, nice backyard and nooks for meditation and coffee, fragrance free chemical free home, we use natural cleaning products
  
  
  -standard size upstairs room, bright, area rug over bamboo flooring, good size closet, nice view, share bath with one other
  
  
  -Access to planned development perks (post Covid) such as hot tub, two pools, pool table, sauna, tennis, basketball, fishing, and picnic areas
  
  
  -Progressive, mature, responsible roommates in our forties who keep a clean house, respect each other's space, have busy lives, but get along well. Our hobbies include aviation, meditation, yoga, biking, classical guitar, surfing. Not a party house, have occasional guests but usually pretty quiet. We are typically day people, especially on weekdays, house quiets down by ten or so.
  
  
  -Looking for someone who is mature, respectful, responsible, and prefers a quiet, peaceful space. Good for working professional or full-time student. Not a good fit for party animals, excessive drinkers, night owls.
  
  
  -Single occupancy only, sorry, no dogs or cats due to allergies. Credit check, background check. Deposit required.
