Wanted Cottage or In-Law - 1600

Hello All!
I am eager to move back to Sebastopol after spending 1.5 hot years in Tempe AZ! I am looking for a Cottage or an In-Law unit in/near Sebastopol. I am single with no pets. I don't smoke or do drugs and rarely drink. My interests include yoga, hiking, spending time in nature, exercise, and good conversations. I am a personal trainer transitioning into teaching yoga, and I also do energy healings.

My ideal place would be a cottage around other spiritual friendly people that is quiet at night at least 550sqft, quiet, garden environment with W/D or hookups, bathtub, internet availability, and close to town. Some noise during the day is fine, as long as I can sleep at night. A pool would be awesome!

I have steady income from the VA.
