    Is It My Fault?

Sometimes I get the irrational feeling that in some magical way, Trump is there because of my personal human failings, my character deficiencies. I know it's absurd but Trump feels like punishment to me. And I don't even believe in god. But sometimes I look and listen to that thing, my emotions take over and somehow I feel it's my fault. I'm imperfect and now I pay the price with a monster for president.

If you didn't vote for him it isn't your fault. If you did and now realize what a mistake you made, forget about it and vote him out. Nothing cosmic here.

    Re: Is It My Fault?

I did not vote for that pile of human garbage called, "Trump." In 2016 I voted for Sanders in the primaries and then for Hillary in November's general election. I made thousands of phone calls from Democratic Party call centers to people I don't know who live all over the country, I canvassed neighborhoods here in Santa Rosa, and I registered people to vote Democrat, with my table in front of public locations such as supermarkets, etc. I donated my time, my money, my efforts, and my hopes that fascist clown would not be president. And yet, there it is, blemishing and staining the White House, dragging both the planet and the human race with him.

    Hi Valley Oak,
I will answer that with another question:
If an extinction event like a very large asteroid hitting the Earth happened and in the little time you had left that you would have to think about it, do you really think that you would be to blame?... ...Do you think that it would really be your' "fault"?

Nah, IMHO you're taking it way too personally. It's not just your pain. It's collective. You're just paying attention!
He's called forth by conditions which have gotten way out of balance. He's the unconscious secret agent acting on behalf of a wholesome planet, rousing us to realize the time is way overdue to address the imbalance(s) and work towards creating a healthy social and physical environment. He's burning the cobwebs away from our eyes, and I hope we wake up and find a way to walk in a direction we think/feel is helpful, and walk without attachment to results, whether we receive praise and achieve beneficial outcomes . . . or not.
Let our shared discomfort be relieved by taking whatever action each of us can do to balance our lives and our environment.
And . . . yes, whether you think it will do any good or not . . . VOTE!

Observing the 2020 Presidential Election from outside the fishbowl of bi-partisan elephant / jackass party politics, I would offer a few points of insight to you-all, my liberal, north coast, die-hard democrat friends. I say this as a former registered democrat who voted for McGovern in ’72, Carter in ’76, Dukakis in ’88, and Clinton in ’92. One thing you have in common with the MAGA folks in the red baseball caps in the red states is the common delusion that, by voting for some certified schmuck like Donald Johann Drumpf or Joseph R. Biden that you can “save” Amerika from her destiny / fate as Babylon the Great.

Furthermore, (though I do not favor Drumpf in the least) by voting for the “lesser of the two evils” Joe Biden, you may actually hasten the slide of Amerika into the Globalist swamp of the World government that the “Davos Elite” are promoting in the current, god-awful year of Our Lord, 2020. Biden has dementia, and will obediently do what he is told by his puppet-masters. The Democrats, you may have noticed, are long on anti-Trump rhetoric, and short on programme. What, in fact, is their “agenda”? – to beat Trump.

I suggest that you, dear reader, study up on the article, “The Hard Road to World Order” that Richard N. Gardner published in the April, 1974 issue of Foreign Affairs – the Journal of the Council on Foreign Relations, the American wing of the Rhodes Trust / Round Table Men's Club for Anglophile millionaires & billionaires. Here is a link to a plethora of commentary about Gardner’s thesis about the necessity for an “end run around national sovereignty.”

I suggest that the Trump presidenzy & Trumpism in general represented just that – the “end run” - the last hurrah of Amerikan Nationalism. Wall Street elevated him into the Oval Office, and now they are getting ready to dump him. He has served his purpose in the greater dialectic, and now his term is coming to an end. Trump may very well be unwilling to go gentle into that good night - and we may get a bloody civil war in the process - nevertheless, the plutocrats have their hearts set on Global Governance”...

Quote Valley Oak wrote : Mark, who are you voting for this November? Or are you not going to vote?

Glad you asked that, Edward. I'm not going to vote. I adhere to the old anarchist adage “Don’t vote; it only encourages Them.”

=Also= I can’t vote because I went down to the Registrar’s Office in 2003 and unregistered myself because the County was threatening to come down the road with an D-6 – as my realtor at the time put it - and level the house I built with my own hands on my own land.

Every paralegal I consulted with at the time advised me to get unregistered. –That as a non-resident alien, one is a Sovereign; and one has more clout when confronted by the lawless depredations of the State…

The swivel-chair operators at the PRMD are at it again. They want to stick it to me for bogus “fines” & “liens” against my land that they never even served to me. It is the System itself that makes people become Homeless in this Country. It is a vicious & criminal System.

FYI, I have never voted for a Republican in my life. Between 1984 and 1992, I was registered Peace & Freedom, but I voted for Governor Dukakis in ’88 because I correctly perceived that George H.W. Bush, Sr. was a very dangerous man. I have not voted since 1992. I found Bill Clinton a big disappointment.

My “political alignment” – such as it is – is paleo-progressive. The definition of that tendency (my definition) is “The Circle defined by the three Points: Eugene Debs, the elder Lindbergh, and Robert LaFollette, Sr.”

The latter two were excommunicated out of the Republican Party in 1917 for their brave anti-War speeches on the Floor of the House & the Senate. I am a long-term Peacenik and an old-school Radical – as they were.

As you probably have gathered by now, Edward, I despise the terms “Left & Right.” They depict a one-dimensional reality and they were instituted & have been promoted & taught in order to dumb the People down. You may be assured that at the prep schools for the children of the managerial elite the terms "left & right" are not discussed except as jokes.

Edward, I'm not going to go down to the County seat to re-register. I am out of the System. And I am not of this world. And Soon - very soon - it will not matter. Elections are a dog-and-pony show, Edward. They are a distraction and a diversion stage-managed by the power elite in order to keep the poor benighted masses entertained & distracted & thinking that their little vote matters. It does not...

Since 1877, the bi-partisan party bosses [i.e., the RNC &
the DNC, in tandem] have selected All of the presidents...

Is Donald Johann Drumpf a fascist? Something on that order. Is he -at present- the most dangerous man on earth? - Quite possibly. He is most certainly in a small set of such men. But he is not my president; and I am not his "enabler" & you are being a bit melodramatic when you self-righteously accuse me of such things. Lighten up.

In five months time the balance of power may have shifted so that Joe Biden will have become the bonafide "most dangerous man on earth.' IMHO, "the most dangerous man on earth" has been - up until recently - by definition: "whoever is president of the United States." That's all changing now - and changing fast.

Look at the Big Picture. Can you do that? You boast of having a "Masters Degree in Political Science". ta-da. But can you see the Big Picture? The Big Boys - the Billionaires of the World Economic Forum - the men of Davos, are fully into dumping Trump & bringing about their Cashless Society & Global Government.

Meanwhile You, Edward, are all agog about a not-too-bright petty mobster from Queens who built gaudy Casinos in Atlantic City & had a stupid reality tv show. Get a clue.

    Sorry, Richard,
    but we disagree.

    I Re-iterate Four Points:

    A. *One thing you [self-professed "liberal democrats"] have in common with the MAGA folks in the Red baseball caps in the Red states is the Common Delusion that, by voting for some certified schmuck like Donald Johann Drumpf or Joseph R. C. *The Trump presidenzy & Trumpism in general represents that “end run” - the last hurrah of Amerikan Nationalism. D. *
Look at the Big Picture. The Big Boys - the Billionaires of the World Economic Forum - the Men of Davos, are all about implementing ID2020 this year, and UN_Agenda_21 . The election in November is just a dog & pony show. "Trump vs. Biden" is a distraction. The Plutocrats are intent on implementing the Cashless Society & Global Government. The rest is Kabuki shadow boxing & diversion.

I am a registered repub, not that it matters round here. I voted for carter first time, and second, and then took a break for twenty years. Does voting matter? Why not, it's fun! Here in cali we can vote third for prez. As an anarchist I can live without government, the world destroying organization defined by approved collective violence, can you? Why not encourage collective effort, even if misguided by government. Its the least we can do.

    Re: Is It My Fault?

Ross, the least we can do is vote for Biden. Why don't you? Everything is at stake this year. This is not an ordinary election. Abstention is not an option, it is a travesty.

In the general elections in 1933 Spain, Anarchists, who numbered in the millions, abstained from voting and as a consequence, the ultra right wing government, colloquially called, "CEDA" (silk, which was a clear reference to the wealthy class), took power and so badly messed things up that the Spanish Civil War started 3 years later.

Please do not repeat the same, foolish and gargantuan mistake of the Spanish Anarchists, Ross. There is too much at stake. In 1936, the Spanish Anarchists learned from their mistake and voted, giving the Frente Popular the majority (approx. 60%) in the Spanish parliament. The Spanish Right Wing started the civil war in the summer of 1936, meaning that it was too late to avoid Spain falling into the abyss of totalitarianism.

Trump is a fascist president with strong totalitarian tendencies, barely and inefficiently held back by what is left of our political institutions, laws, and checks, which are dangerously weak right now.

Voting is *not* an option, it is a duty, an obligation; it is imperative to vote, more so now than ever before. This is the most important election in US history, as well as world history. The planet and our species are under a serious threat.

If you have abstained from voting your entire life, this is the election to participate in for the first time. You can abstain again for the remainder of your life after that fascist clown is out of the White House.

    Your points:
D: These people controlling the world are planning to do whatever evil, controlling, self-dealing things they want and hardly anything can stop them.
A: It doesn't matter who we vote for, they'll make what they want to happen, happen.
C: They don't want Trump (any longer).

So is your conclusion that we will be getting a President Biden in November? Regardless of whether people vote one way or the other? I understand your belief that it doesn't matter who is president.

Also, I was a bit confused about your notes in B&C. B: "...Gardner’s thesis about the necessity for an “end run around national sovereignty." This seems to imply global world order needs to "get around" national sovereignty. But in C: "The Trump presidenzy & Trumpism in general represents that “end run”." Are you saying that Trump is trying to "get around" national sovereignty? This seems to me to be the opposite of what he has been saying and doing for the past 4 years - he is an "America first" nationalist of the highest order. Which is it? Your cabal might not want Trump there because he is against NWO, but in that case your first sentence of C doesn't make much sense.

I am also generally amused, as a computer programmer, at the apparent belief that some chip that would be implanted (in *everyone*?) has a snowball's chance in hell of actually operating correctly. Banks right now can't properly keep track of everyone's accounts, but this idea that one perfect programming system (operators are standing by! And we have a crack team of computer specialists ready to put out updates as needed to fix bugs) is going to allow for a cashless society, as well as identify all your medical history, is pretty funny. Hell, even fonts and formatting here in a small corner of the digital universe cannot seem to work correctly every time. But hey, we're going to have an orderly, controllable, uniformly-applied chip inserted by jack-booted thugs, that is impervious to degradation by living flesh (or wherever in your body this injectable piece of hardware ends up). ID2020 is so farfetched in terms of practical reality that I cannot give it much credence.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC526112/ (this article is from 2004)
The chips implanted are about the size "of a grain of rice"; try putting that through a needle... and back then they thought the cost of putting these into someone ran about $150-$200. Let's assume it's gotten a lot cheaper, and you could do it for $25. Let's see, the vaccine will cost at least $10, or the Big Pharma won't get any profit. So at $35 a person, times the planet's population of about 7.8 billion, implies an overall injected materials cost of $273 trillion. Add the injection devices, parts of which cannot be reused. Add training costs (how many people are needed to inject this stuff into 7.8 billion folks? So that it isn't botched and actually works). Add the above-hinted-at programming crew and software/firmware updaters. Add the computing database needed to keep track of all the world's people's information. And so forth; mighty, mighty costly - and the entire world's wealth is only about $360 trillion (https://www.visualcapitalist.com/all...visualization/). Seems like a bank-breaker to me.

Just another view of why the vaccine stuff appeals, and to who.

I'll have to answer you in two parts, carpet crawler. After I have opened and read your links, I can say more. I'll answer the points you made above, here and now:

Yes, it does seem to me that Wall Street is getting ready to dump Trump. I cite as evidence the Article in Forbes magazine on August 20, that I posted here on WaccoBB :
This was published on August 20, mind you. Timing is everything, and the people at Forbes have had this information in their possession for well over four years. They are making it public now, these Men of Wall Street, because they wish to see Donald Trump moved on. That should be fairly easy to see.

With regards to points B & C, and speaking to the issue of your confusion about my meaning: In the first place, I encourage every one who is intelligent and curious about the general field of American history, World History & International relations in the twentieth and twenty-first century to Open & Read up on the links I provided in point B.

With regards to my meaning in point C; What I meant is fairly simple: Whether or not the Trumpster was actually sincere in his campaign promises to his MAGA Red hat minions in the Red States in 2016, I do not know. Maybe he was and maybe he wasn't. That is a Question that is open to debate & more examination. But whether or not he meant what he said, I think it is fairly clear that Trump has been used.

The Globalists (i.e., the plutocrats) are playing Three-dimensional Chess, on a level several dimensions beyond the comprehension of poor, dumb, medium-bright, street-wise Donald Johann Drumpf from Queens County. I believe that he was elevated to the position he is in by the plutocrats in order to discredit the whole notion of Amerikan Nationalism, Amerikan Exceptionalism
, etc., etc., and all the Xenophobic tendencies that his Red state followers espouse. That is what I meant about how Trump fits into the picture of the "end run around national sovereignty."

I believe that this Regime is the last hurrah for such tendencies, because the whole kit & kaboodle shall be discredited along with Trump. That is because Trump is dirty, and very, very easy to discredit. The article in Forbes on August 20 is just one of the opening salvos. There shall be more.
Globalism is on the March. I personally, who favor limited, local government, am not happy about that. But it is so.

Well, be amused - if you feel you must, Hugh. But I, who am cursed -or gifted, perhaps- with a serious sort of nature, can find nothing in any of this to laugh about, or find amusement in. You may fault me for being guilty of "magical thinking" I suppose - if that is how you categorize the tendency to take the Scriptures seriously and see in this Subject the fulfillment of the Biblical "Mark of the Beast." -But that is precisely how I see it.

Let us agree at least on the distinction here between "faith" and "conspiracy thinking". OK? There is a distinction.

    Now, as far as your
reservations, and your links, Hugh. They are not altogether up to date. One was from 2004, and the technology -you must admit- has made leaps & bounds since then. Here are some recent up-to-date links, all of which I vetted. These links are all from within the last fiscal year. Here is EVIDENCE. Happy hunting...

    Re: Is It My Fault?

The truth is that if voting for Biden matters in Cali trump wins. The electoral system means that our vote counts nothing compared to a citizen in florida. Is this good or bad? The writers of our constitution thought that smaller states needed more presidential voting power. Is this good or bad? President by popular vote would mean that the second term referendum would be on hillary, good or bad? My wife today told me that trump said the first thing she could agree on, herd immunity counts. Good. I will never vote for trump because I'm an anarchist and he plays fascist. Here our presidential vote doesn't count. In 16 I voted for the libertarian because he played the fool. I identify.

Since when did the Dalai Lama become the ultimate moral authority on earth? It is a rhetorical question. I’ll venture to say “Ever since the CIA realized that the Papacy was losing points in the credibility polls.” Again, I hate to rain on the parade by being Shiva to your Pollyannaish west county illusions…

-But… The Dalai Lama is a C.I.A. “Asset” - at the very least. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not trashing Buddhism. As I have stated before in this forum, I have deep respect for the Four Ko-Ti’s of the higher Buddhist Logic. But the Tibetan / Lamaistic schools of Buddhism are akin & bear the same relationship to authentic, primitive Buddhism as the Roman Catholic Church does to authentic, first century Christianity.

That being said there really is no Democracy in Amerika. “Democracy in America” is another Pollyanna illusion. Not that I disapprove of Democracy. Again, don’t get me wrong. Ideally we should have local government and Town Hall Democracy. That might work, if the moderators who ran the Town Halls did not practice the Delphi technique & would allow everyone who raised their hands to speak.

What about the radical notion of subdividing the U.S. into Six or Seven separate Countries? – A Confederation of Nations that are all allied, and bound by Treaty to defend the Common Interests? --Six nations that have their National capitals within their own borders and not as far away as Washington, D.C. ???

They could all agree to have a Year of Jubilee; collectively Cancel the National Debt of the Mother Harlot “Nation” and begin again under the terms of authentic Economic Democracy, with Treasury Departments that issue debt-free currency. All six nations could, ideally, return to the Articles of Confederation, which allowed more freedom for individuals as well as individual states.

According to Merrill Jensen, departed professor at Madison, WI, the only problem with the Articles of Confederation –which were based on the model of the Iroquois Confederation - was that it did not allow the central government the power to issue debt-free “Money”. The Articles of Confederation, with a simple Amendment that would allow the Treasury Department the power to issue interest-free Bills of Credit, would be a close to perfect Constitution.

Now that is a radical, revolutionary Idea. But Alas, that is not the direction we are going in. Where we are headed is socio-engineered civil war & famines and plagues. After all that, “World Governance” run out of Geneva, Switzerland.
Back to square one: As long as you’ve got the Diebold voting machine, and the Duopoly of the Two-Party System, you are not going to have authentic “Democracy” in Amerika.

Very scholarly, Mark. Nevertheless, it seems very obvious that more people will get hurt worse if Trump wins.

Actually, Rossmen, I guarantee that if all government were to disappear in the US you would be wiped out with the rest of us very quickly. Mob rule is a real drag.

That's probably true, Richard -And I would tend to agree that the Donald is not fit to be President. He has proved that over and over. And for the life of me, I can not understand how his diehard "Q" followers stay with him, and keep following him over hill and dale. That is a genuine mystery.

Those folks see - correctly I will add - that the Left / Liberal Ideology in America has become a sort of "religion." In fact, out in Oklahoma, they call the current drop of Democrats "sheeple". But they can not see themselves -and that their own "belief" in the Donald is a kind of "religion" also. Indeed, it is a very dangerous Cult.

Must Americans always be confronted with the Moral Choice of having to choose between the lesser of the two evils running for president? Trump is worse, But Biden is plenty bad. His voting Record in the Senate is abysmal. Check out the "electrifying" speech that Chris Hedges gave a couple of days ago concerning the two candidates...

    Re: Is It My Fault?

But sadly, like so often in political life, it is the only choice we have at present. Trump is like suicide, and Biden is like a more or less severe beating. We must be grown up and deal with what we've got, Mark--then go on to do what we can to improve the system. We are blessed to even have a vote, screwed up as it may be--it is not the same everywhere!

Actually, Valley Oak, all your strenuous and selfless political efforts qualify you as a Citizen Angel! Would that the rest of us were so dedicated and hard working. You seem to have a chronic feeling of guilt problem.

Playing the fool is a luxury you have in our democracy, rossmen. Evidently you are well off enough that you don't have to bear the brunt of your foolishness. It is not the same with everyone.
