    Black Lives Matter (in Kentucky)

    Hello Sonoma County,

    I am in Kentucky for a few weeks. I got here and four days later George Floyd was murdered in MN. I am protesting in Lexington and Winchester.
    This has been my cause and my commitment for twenty-two years.

    Five years ago I published "My Other Heart: African American History in Kentucky." I am now writing the sequel, "My Other Heart: African American History: Systemic Racism in Kentucky in the 20th Century."

    I need encouragement, readers, and opportunities to speak on radio and television. Today I will be interviewing some of our African American elders here in Winchester.
