Come join us for Meditation, including Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana), Compassion Meditation (Metta) and iRest Yoga Nidra as taught by psychologist Richard Miller, Ph.D.

Sundays 3pm-3:20pm
Mondays 4pm-4:20pm
and Thursdays 3pm-3:20pm

Online Guided Meditation/Visualization: Join Hannah Caratti, LMFT for a group or 1-on-1 guided meditation online. This is open to anyone interested in learning basic tools for meditation, positive energy, and deep relaxation. Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome!
