What is Your Response?

this was a response i had
to a facebook post
where people were reporting backlash
for their expression
of how the Covid 19 paradigms and wave
experiences have been for them,
some choosing to wear masks,
some abhorring the guidance,
etc

Many 'charged' areas come up around Covid, Reveals our passions, our vulnerabilities, our irritations, our patience / impatience, sense of feeling victimized / controlled for some, So many ways the many parts of oneself may respond, even to one's own surprise at times. For some it is more of a Health issue / priority. For some it is economic. How to co-exist and move through this together without exploding, imploding, becoming reactive~ We'll eventually find out how well our perspective and actions work. There is a definite interdependence in sharing space. Systems for shopping get put into place by businesses, families, schools, towns, states to create preventative measures.

Areas where we agree & disagree show up. Upset may get triggered. Yeah, many Lessons. Speaking one's Truth may not be liked, popular, tolerated or welcome. kinda like swimming in shark infested waters, yikes. Yet, how to allow the other to speak their mind, with sincere Listening, And with a watchfulness on how parts of us inside may be responding. How to relate to the energies in oneself that are negative, unpleasant, hard to contain, hard to feel, hard to bear~ if we can't communicate, we will resort to making enemies of one another. This instills Fear, and often invites aggression. Aggressive thoughts and words. Hopefully it stops there~

the guys in Michigan bearing arms protesting the Govenor's handling of things, bears witness to the escalation of violence that could become active. Firearms in gatherings is unheard of~ yet is becoming accepted by some, as though we are at such escalated odds around Health, Safety and Survival that we now need to harm and protect via bullets! An exaggerated way of communicating. Actually represents failure to communicate. Express, be heard and understood, mutually, regardless of disagreeing. We may have come a long way baby, . . . still we have miles to go before we sleep peacefully. . . .the lion laying down with the lamb~
