"... Dr. Fauci did not respond to Newsweek's requests for comment. NIH responded with a statement that said in part: "Most emerging human viruses come from wildlife, and these represent a significant threat to public health and biosecurity in the US and globally, as demonstrated by the SARS epidemic of 2002-03, and the current COVID-19 pandemic.... scientific research indicates that there is no evidence that suggests the virus was created in a laboratory.”

The NIH research consisted of two parts. The first part began in 2014 and involved surveillance of bat coronaviruses, and had a budget of $3.7 million. The program funded Shi Zheng-Li, a virologist at the Wuhan lab, and other researchers to investigate and catalogue bat coronaviruses in the wild. This part of the project was completed in 2019.

A second phase of the project, beginning that year, included additional surveillance work but also gain-of-function research for the purpose of understanding how bat coronaviruses could mutate to attack humans. The project was run by EcoHealth Alliance, a non-profit research group, under the direction of President Peter Daszak, an expert on disease ecology. NIH canceled the project just this past Friday, April 24th, Politico reported. Daszak did not immediately respond to Newsweek requests for comment..."

Take Note: There is massive cognitive dissonance between what these two men have said about the novel corona-virus, "COVID-19."

Dr. Francis Boyle drafted the Biological Weapons Anti- Terrorism Act (BWATA) of 1989 - and he declares that this virus is a Bio-weapon. Here at WaccoBB - as elsewhere on the internet - the testimony of Dr. Francis Boyle regarding Covid-19 has been shuffled off & categorized as a "conspiracy theory". -Whereas Dr. Peter Daszak -who in a moment of candor states that he has "worked at that lab (the Wuhan BSL-4 Lab) for fifteen years) glibly tells the liberal/left listeners of Amy Goodman that it is "Pure baloney" that the novel corona-virus is a bio-weapon. If Dr. Peter Daszak has actually worked at the BSL-4 Lab in Wuhan, China for fifteen years, then he has worked there for ten years longer than it is reputed to have been in existence. Taking his testimony on a line-item basis, I actually believe that point. It does indicate however that he is very, very well connected.

On June 13, 2012 a 60-year-old Saudi man was admitted to a private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a 7-day history of fever, cough, expectoration, and shortness of breath. He had no history of cardiopulmonary or renal disease, was receiving no long-term medications, and did not smoke.

The Canadian Lab

On May 4, 2013, a sample of this Saudi SARS (aka novel Coronavirus) from the very first infected Saudi patient arrived in Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg via Ron Fouchier of Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands who sequenced the virus sample.

Chinese Biological Espionage

In March 2019, in mysterious event a shipment of exceptionally virulent viruses from Canada’s NML ended up in China. The event caused a major scandal with Bio-warfare experts questioning why Canada was sending lethal viruses to China.

The scientist who was escorted out of the Canadian lab along with members of her research team is believed to be a Chinese Bio-Warfare agent Xiangguo Qiu.

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu is married to another Chinese scientist Dr. Keding Cheng – the couple is responsible for infiltrating Canada’s NML with many Chinese agents posing as students from a range of Chinese scientific facilities directly tied to China’s Biological Warfare Program.

Dr. Xiangguo Qiu made at least five trips to the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory located only 20 miles away from the Huanan Seafood Market which is the epicenter of the outbreak.

The Canadian investigation is ongoing and questions remain whether previous shipments to China of other viruses or other essential preparations, took place from 2006 to 2018, one way or another.

Frank Plummer Assassination

You're a medical professional and I recognize your professional qualifications, I crunched the numbers on this. Going from the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks until October of 2015, the United States government had spent $100 billion. {On Bio-Weapons & Bio-Weapon 'Research' -Ed.]

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

I had it off by 1,000.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

Right. And I gave a very extensive interview on this if you want to Google Sherwood Ross, I answer his questions, actually I wrote the answers, $100 billion on this Nazi bio-warfare death science dirty work, there's not other word for it. Now, to put that into perspective, Doctor, in constant dollars we spent 40 billion on the Manhattan Project from the time Einstein sent his letter to President Roosevelt until the terrible bombings at Hiroshima and Nagasaki that killed 200,000 completely innocent human beings. So obviously this is a weapons program. We have an offensive biological warfare industry as of 2015. Again, the last time I crunched the numbers we had over 13,000 supposed life scientists involved in this death science Nazi bio-warfare industry.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

Now, since 2015 I haven't had time to crunch the numbers, but it's about $5 billion per year. So as of now, without going back and re-crunching these numbers, I would say the figures since 9/11/2001 are about $120 billion, and then I haven't really had a chance to go back and crunch the numbers from the Reagan administration on up to 9/11/2001, but I guess you'd add some more billion on there. Clearly the Reagan administration under the influence of its neoconservatives who definitely believe in biological weapons and ethnic-specific biological weapons, you can see that in the PNAC report, were engaged in the use of DNA genetic engineering for the purpose of manufacturing biological weapons, and that is why I gave a Congressional briefing in Washington, D.C. in 1985. I was asked to do that by the Council for Responsible Genetics that I work with that involve the leading life scientists in the world from MIT and Harvard. I spent seven years there at Harvard, I have three degrees and I knew all these people and they asked me to serve as their lawyer and asked me to give this Congressional briefing. I blew the whistle and then they asked me to draft the implementing legislation, which I did. So that's how far back publicly available figures are.

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

Yeah, so you had been associated with the Council for Responsible Genetics for quite awhile, I believe they first spun up in the mid-80s or so.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

It's 1983, and Johnathan King, who is a professor of microbiology at MIT and the founder and operator I believe of their microbiology lab set it up, and he asked his friends there, life science friends at Harvard, to join him and I knew all those people. So they asked me to serve as a lawyer for them. You can find this on the Council for Responsible Genetics' web page and asked me to do specifically biological warfare work with them. They have another agenda, they're against genetically modified food, but I haven't been involved in that. I had simply been dealing with biological warfare, I also deal with chemical warfare, but I want to make it clear I'm not here to speak in their name, I'm only speaking in my name, but if you have a look at my book, Biological warfare and Terrorism, Professor King wrote the foreword. So I have the leading MIT professor of molecular biology there supporting what I'm saying if you don't think I know enough science about it.

...Let's explore the more obvious and concerning implications. They put in $120 billion at least, more so than the Manhattan Projects, and to the best of our knowledge they really haven't implemented this yet except, at least as far as I can discern, shortly after 2001 where they had the anthrax scare and they used that as the impetus for signing the Patriot Act, which is the first start in taking away our political freedoms and making this a tyrannical state.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

That is correct, Doctor.

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

Yeah, so to me that's more concerning than the infection.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

Well, let me also amplify on that, what's called Ameri-thrax came out of a US government biological warfare weapons lab and program, and I publicly blew the whistle on that in the first weekend of November 2001. The Council for Responsible Genetics was having its convention at Harvard Business School and I was chairing a panel with Dr. King and our other experts on biological warfare, on US biological warfare programs.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

And as I was walking into the Harvard Divinity School, Fox TV had a camera crew there and I said, "Obviously this came out a US biological weapons program and probably Fort Detrick," and then I went in and conducted the session and made the same comment, then I came back here, I made a comment to a Washington, D.C. radio station to that effect, then I made a comment to that effect to the BBC, so everyone in the world heard me, and then at that point someone gave an order that I was never to be interviewed again by any mainstream news on biological warfare programs. And that's been the case since the first week of November. [ -2001, Ed.] That is correct. And they used that Ameri-thrax to ram the Patriot Act through, that is correct. You are perfectly correct. And as I pointed out in my book, Biowarfare and Terrorism I think the same people who were behind the 9/11 terrorist attack were also behind the Ameri-thrax. But I'm just connecting dots there, but I think you're certainly correct, as I pointed out in my book-

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

The reality is we lost a lot of freedom as a result of this. That's indisputable fact. No question.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

We became a police state, Doctor.

Yeah, and that's the primary concern. And they added censorship on that, they've censored you, they've censored-

After that I immediately went out and re-read Orwell's 1984, Doctor, and that is the type of state we are living in today. You are perfectly correct. And I gave a lecture up in Chicago at DePaul Law School to lawyers, not law students, in the Chicago area on the totalitarian nature or the USA Patriot Act. And then we have the FISAs and everything else and Snowden has correctly pointed out the federal government is spying on everything we say, all of our electronic communications, you name it. And again, the proof is I've been completely blackballed out of US media. Indeed, if you go back and look at the Ameri-thrax attacks, they also hit mainstream US media to make it clear to them that if they covered this issue they will be killed too.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

So the mainstream US media is simply not contradicting the party line coming out of the CDC, NIHA, National Institutes of Health. They're all in cahoots together with this Nazi biological warfare work. So you're perfectly correct, Doctor.

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

Well, I don't need any additional threats because most of the news media are owned by just a few corporations, that's it. So they just have to control it from the top down and everyone falls in line. And it's not just the federal government, it's the largest companies that are largest monopolies in the history of the world, like Google that has essentially is a surveillance tool on steroids through all their different devices, their Android phones, their Google Chrome, their browser, their email system, their search engine. I mean, just surveilling the entire population. And the sooner people begin to understand that and take evasive actions and against that then the more we'll be able to preserve our privacy.

Dr. Joseph Mercola:

But I'm wondering, in light of this incredible investment and the incredible knowledge and bio-warfare agents they've already developed, and you're one of the leading experts in the world on this, what is your projection as to what might happen and what do they plan on doing with this? Because other than the Patriot Act implementation, I don't see any major implementation of this investment at this point.

Dr. Francis Boyle:

Not yet that we know of, but it's all there ready to go except they've used the Amerithrax, that was super weapons-grade anthrax, 1 trillion spores per gram. It had nano technology involved, silicon coating, and they've used it once already to get that Patriot Act and there is still a, as you know, anthrax does not degrade, so there's still a stockpile of super-weapons-grade anthrax out there either at Fort Detrick or [inaudible 00:30:05] or somewhere else.

New Pentagon War Manual Reduces Us To "Level of Nazis"

The Pentagon's new "Law of War Manual"(LOWM) sanctioning nuclear attacks and the killing of civilians, "reads like it was written by Hitler's Ministry of War," says international law authority Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois at Champaign.

"Historically, this is a terrible development," he added in an exclusive interview with this reporter. "We are reducing ourselves to the level of the Nazis."

The grim, 1,165-page-long document, issued in June by the Defense Department's Office of the General Counsel, also sanctions the use of napalm, herbicides, depleted uranium, and drone missile strikes, among other barbarities.

Boyle points out the new manual is designed to supplant the 1956 US Army Field Manual 27-10 written by Richard Baxter, the world's leading authority on the Laws of War. Baxter was the Manley O. Hudson Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and a Judge on the International Court of Justice. Boyle was his top student.

Boyle today is the leading professor, practitioner and advocate of international law in America. He drafted the the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, the US implementing legislation for the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention.

"Over the years, 27-10 has proven to be a total embarrassment to the Pentagon because it sets forth a fair and accurate statement of the Laws of War both as of 1956 and as of today," Boyle says. He termed the new manual a "warmongering" document.

"The new document seeks to distinguish between 'legitimate' and 'illegitimate' acts of military violence against civilian targets, using the criterion of military necessity," points out Peter Martin of the World Socialist Website.

"Thus, acts of mass slaughter of civilians could be justified if sufficient military advantages were gained by the operations."

The bulk of the document, Martin continues, "amounts to a green light for military atrocities, including mass killings."

Martin said the most comprehensive previous such document, the 1956 Pentagon field manual, did not state that civilians, unlike military personnel, should be spared "unnecessary suffering" because it assumed... "that any deliberate targeting of civilians was illegal and a war crime."Among the flagrant violations of international law sanctioned by the Pentagon's new LOWM, Martin writes, are:

• Legitimizing the use of nuclear weapons. LOWM states, "There is no general prohibition in treaty or customary international law on the use of nuclear weapons." This flies in the face of a number of existing international covenants. Under the UN Charter as interpreted by the World Court in its Advisory Opinion on the Legality of the Threat or Use of Nuclear Weapons, even threatening to use nuclear weapons, as the US and Israel have threatened Iran, is illegal and thus a war crime.
• Authorizing the use of banned incendiary weapons such as napalm, herbicides (as Agent Orange in Vietnam), depleted uranium munitions (as used in Iraq). Napalm, for example, is banned under Protocol III of the 1980 UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons.
• Authorizing the use of cluster munitions, mines and booby-traps, the LOWM rationalizes that "the United States is not a Party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions." That's a disgrace, of course, when the overwhelming majority of nations have signed it.
• Defends drone missile attacks, both by the Pentagon and intelligence outfits such as the Central Intelligence Agency, declaring flatly: "There is no prohibition in the law of war on the use of remotely piloted aircraft." To the contrary, targeted killing off the battlefield is prohibited.
• Authorizes the use of exploding hollow-point bullets, stating the US is not a party to the 1868 St. Petersburg declaration banning their use. At this writing, the US is only 147 years late.

In sum, the move by the Pentagon to supplant the 1956 manual with the LOWM represents an effort to justify the excesses of its trillion dollar-a-year war machine, one that is as large as the next dozen nations combined.

The Pentagon today operates some 900 military bases globally, allegedly for defense, yet engages in warfare in a dozen foreign countries. The new Pentagon manual illuminates in bold print the downward drift of the US from a democratic to a totalitarian society.

LOWM has received no play in a media "following orders to conceal from the American people the Pentagon's preparations for new and more massive war crimes, along with the destruction of democratic rights spelled out in the US Constitution," Martin says. Indeed, it seems TV "news" stations beam more commercials than news stories, and reports of any carnage inflicted by the Pentagon are virtually non-existent.

Let’s first take a look at the resume of Professor Francis Boyle from Illinois University….

Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He received an AB (1971) in Political Science from the University of Chicago, then a JD degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and AM and PhD degrees in Political Science from Harvard University. He practiced tax and international tax with Bingham, Dana & Gould.

Professor Boyle serves as counsel to Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the Provisional Government of the Palestinian Authority. He also represents two associations of citizens within Bosnia and was involved in developing the indictment against Slobodan Milosević for genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over his career, he has represented national and international bodies including the Blackfoot Nation (Canada), the Nation of Hawaii, and the Lakota Nation, as well as numerous individual death penalty and human rights cases. He has advised numerous international bodies in the areas of human rights, war crimes and genocide, nuclear policy, and bio-warfare. From 1991-92, he served as Legal Advisor to the Palestinian Delegation to the Middle East Peace Negotiations.

Professor Boyle served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International, as a consultant to the American Friends Service Committee, and on the Advisory Board for the Council for Responsible Genetics. In my recent interview with professor Boyle, we began with the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 which he drafted in back then for the Bush government.

An organization in Cambridge Massachusetts called the Council For Responsible Genetics asked Boyle to join their team and legally handle their work on exposing biological warfare. Boyle agreed because he was already researching how the Ronald Reagan government had already been allowing the conducting of biological weapons development via DNA genetic engineering in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention.

This became law in the US in 1989. So whoever does this kind of devious work, namely, synthetic biology or DNA re-engineering, for the purpose of creating biological weapons, he will go to jail for life. This means that people like Dr Fauci should now be in prison because he has been behind all of this for decades! We will examine him more a little later.

We seeing the contents of this act from 1989 be played out today with the coronavirus pandemic! The people behind this fake pandemic have violated this law and should be in jail and it’s not just Fauci who is culpable.

From 2001 to 2015, the US government has spent over $100 billion on the research and development of biological weapons, thus creating an entire industry out of this in the US!

He mentioned to us the notorious Fort Dietrich lab where, historically, they have researched, developed, tested, stockpiled, and sometimes used offensive biological warfare weapons, including and especially by means of DNA genetic engineering.

All of these bio-safety labs (level SBL3 and SBL4) have no medical justification at all! They are all involved in some of the most hideous bio-warfare activity you can imagine! This all has nothing to do with national defense and it is all illegal!

He mentioned how SARS 1 was a biological warfare agent and had leaked out of Chinese labs before in the past. He also said that the Chinese in their BSL4 lab where working on the latest mutated version of SARS.

He pointed out how US government scientists have been experimenting with synthetic biology which is the basis of todays’ mutated SARS which, which according to him, has become COVID-19 which is none other than a biological weapon. The one government agency responsible for this type of research is the notorious DAARPA. DAARPA tried to repeal your Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 because they wanted to then start experimenting on bio-weapons.

Boyle also stated that the “Bat Lady” took this new SARS from the Wuhan BSL4 lab and transferred it to the University of North Carolina lab, the BSL3 lab, the scientists added gain-of-function capabilities to it. What is that and what was there real goal of here with the transferring of this SARS there?

The “Bat Lady” then took this newly modified SARS (now COVID) back to the lab in Wuhan.

He mentioned also that a scientist from the Wuhan BSL4 lab took this new type of SARS to a lab in Australia under the auspices of the Australian Health Ministry where they genetically manufactured HIV (AIDS) into this new SARS! They then transferred this back to the Wuhan lab! What was there goal in doing this?

Prominent scientists from both India and France, like Dr. Luke Montagnier, have now confirmed that this novel SARS or Coronavirus has, indeed, HIV woven into it!

He also mentioned that at the BSL4 lad they have initiated research on the aerosolization of biological weapons. Also, the official website of this Chinese lab has admitted that they have now applied nanotechnology to viruses! Does nanotechnology then mean that they are aerosolizing the SARS virus there?! “YES” Boyle states emphatically! “Why?”, he continues, “because that is they way human beings breath it!”

The Fort Dietrich lab has done over the year by experimenting with the aerosolozation of viruses, like Ebola, etc. Fort Dietrich has a major leak in the summer of 2019 which made them shut down the whole lab there.

Wherever you hear of aerosolization of viruses that is a clear indication of a biological weapons program. This is why they wear moon suits in a BSL4 lab.

Is it true then that COVID-19 travels in the air, on the air and above the air? “Yes” states Boyle!

All of this was manufactured in the Chinese BSL4 lab and then was “leaked”. There is a major role of the Chinese government in all of this.

All of these BSL3 and BSL4 labs leak all the time.

Dr. Fauci has played a major role in all of this. He took this work from the North Carolina lad under the Obama administration and transfer it to the Wuhan lab and payed for it, too, with US taxpayer money! Dr. Boyle says in the interview that “he should be in prison for life” because of this.

Trump’s administration conducive to the kind a dangerous gain-of-function work. Obama had put a stop to this, but Trump revived it!

The World Health Organization and Harvard are responsible for all of this in connection with the BSL4 lab in Wuhan.

During the first Gulf War, the then George H Walker Bush government forced vaccinated hundreds of thousands of soldiers resulting in 100,000+ that were maimed and 11,000+ that were killed as a result of the vaccine’s side affects. This violate the Nuremberg Code and could this be used as legal precedent in the case of the coronavirus vaccine.

“Bush inflicted a Nuremberg crime upon the US troops” states Boyle in the interview! These were vaccines that were tested only on monkeys! This is could be platform for what we could expect from the Coronavirus vaccine! “I suspect, though, it will be far worse because the technology behind the coronavirus vaccine is messenger RNA which has never been used before” states Boyle.

There cannot be herd immunity for something, namely COVID, that is artificially created via DNA engineering and which also have HIV in it!

Pfizer, whose CEO, Albert Bourlas, is Greek, created a coronavirus vaccine that is nothing more than a biological weapon!

The FDA has given authorization for the creation of all these coronavirus vaccines.. Yet it was the FDA itself that, in connection with the Wuhan lab in China, helped to develop the coronavirus itself there! “The FDA is giving approval to a biological warfare vaccine” Boyle states in the interview.

“I would not take these vaccines” says Boyle, “They clearly violate the Nuremberg code on vaccine experimentation! We have no idea what they can do to you.”

“Pfizer is funded by BILL GATES! Bill Gates believes in genocide and eugenics! His vaccines have poisoned people all over the world!”

“My advice to all my Greek friends, DO NOT TAKE THESE VACCINES!” Boyle states.

“These vaccines will begin to kill a lot of people. They will start with the old people in the nursing homes and that way they won’t have to pay for their social security, their medicare, their Medicare and other government benefits. That’s the agenda behind this. It starts with the elderly!”

Namaste! Thank you very much for having me here today to speak to this outstanding group of peacemakers, to which cause I have devoted the last five decades of my life. I drafted the United States domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act (BWATA) of 1989 that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the United States Congress and signed into law by President George Bush Senior.

My BWATA was instigated by the fact that the Reagan administration and its Neoconservatives had gotten heavily involved into the use of DNA genetic engineering techniques to research, develop, and test illegal biological warfare weapons. I set out to stop this with the assistance of my friends and colleagues at the Council for Responsible Genetics at that time – some of the top life scientists in the world from Harvard, MIT, Sloan-Kettering, etc. They were founded in 1983 and soon thereafter asked me to join with them in order to work against biological weapons.

Now so far I have appeared live on Indian television twice in order to discuss and analyze the coronavirus at the very beginning of this pandemic. Once with Indian CNN, and it was a very good session. Then a second time with an indigenous Indian TV station, once again a very good session. Both times I told the Indian People that on the basis of my research I have concluded that COVID-19 is an offensive biological warfare weapon that leaked out of the Wuhan BSL4 in China. You have to understand that this Wuhan BSL4 is China’s First Fort Detrick. Let me repeat that; this is China’s First Fort Detrick.

We all know what goes on at Fort Detrick.

Historically they have researched, developed, tested, stockpiled, and sometimes used offensive biological warfare weapons, including and especially by means of DNA genetic engineering and now by means of synthetic biology. That is precisely what I set out to stop with my Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. This is what is confronting us here today.

I am not a China-basher. I am not a Neoconservative. I am not a warmonger. But I believe that under the circumstances of this global pandemic I have to tell the truth about what happened here for all of us citizens of humanity to understand and then to figure out how to come to grips with this. We are literally fighting World War 3 here. Not against China but against COVID-19. It threatens all humanity.

As you and I just saw from the statistics as of yesterday, the highest level of infection in the world is the United States, then followed by Brazil, and then followed by your India. So this is a very serious battle that we are engaged in here.

Based on my scientific research that I won’t go through it all here, COVID-19 originated out of that Wuhan BSL4 as a biological warfare weapon. It basically starts with SARS, and SARS is a weaponized version of coronavirus. Earlier SARS had leaked out of Chinese biological warfare labs before. At the Wuhan BSL4 they manufactured a synthetic recombinant virus for SARS. Then their notorious Bat Queen brought it to a laboratory at the University of North Carolina that is a BSL3, biosafety lab level 3. Indeed all these biosafety level labs 3 and 4 have to be terminated immediately. They all leak. That’s exactly what happened at the Wuhan BSL4. I’m not saying China did this deliberately. It was a leak. Fort Detrick has leaked. All these BSL4s leak. They are existentially dangerous, and they must be shut down and the same is true for the BSL3s.

So the Wuhan BSL4 took this synthetic recombinant SARS virus over to the University of North Carolina BSL3, which is a well-known biological warfare center here in the United States that I have publicly condemned before. BSL3s do every type of hideous Nazi biological warfare dirty work that you can possibly imagine as well as the BSL4s, which are far worse. And they took it to the UNC BSL3 for the purpose of applying gain-of-function technology to it, which means using DNA genetic engineering and synthetic biology to make it more lethal and more infectious.

Indeed involved in this Nazi death science dirty work was not only the University of North Carolina but the United States government’s own Food and Drug Administration that has a long history of being involved in biological warfare. Likewise my alma mater Harvard, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at the Harvard Medical School, which is supposed to be the No. 1 ranked in the country if not the world, and is part of Harvard’s world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital Complex was involved in this project. (When I was a student at Harvard I was treated over at Harvard’s MassGen on my Harvard student health plan.)

There has long been an overlap between cancer research and biological warfare development. This Nazi biowarfare death science project was approved and paid for by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and NIAID under the direction of Dr Tony Fauci. Fauci has been up to his eyeballs in Nazi biowarfare death science dirty work since he became the Director of NIAID during the Neoconservative Reagan administration and has been there ever since approving it and funding it and supervising it. My BWATA was specifically designed to stop Fauci and these other American Nazi biowarfare death scientists.

To complete the circle, the UNC BSL3/Wuhan BSL4 project also acknowledged receiving cells from Fort Detrick. The notorious PRC Bat Queen personally handled all of this Nazi biowarfare death science dirty work at the Wuhan BSL4, and then brought it to the UNC BSL3 for gain-of-function enhancement, and then brought this deadly combined biotechnology back to the Wuhan BSL4.

In addition, your courageous Indian scientists here pointed out right at the very beginning of this pandemic, there is HIV that has been DNA genetically engineered directly into COVID-19. I read that study. It certainly convinced me. They had the pictures there. Of course, enormous political pressure was applied upon them to withdraw that study. But even the French microbiologist Montagnier who won the Nobel Prize in medicine for determining that HIV causes AIDS, confirmed that study and said that yes, HIV is DNA genetically engineered right into COVID-19. How did the Wuhan BSL4 get that? They sent a scientist down to Australia and working with the Australian Health Board they DNA genetically engineered HIV directly into SARS, which I have already explained is a weaponized coronavirus.

So they brought that deadly biotechnology back to the Wuhan BSL4, and that can be confirmed by another scientific research paper that I have cited in my interviews on this matter. Indeed, if you doubt my analysis here, about a month ago there was a report by the well-known Five Eyes Committee of intelligence services from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Britain, that was leaked to the Australian Daily Telegraph completely agreeing with my analysis that the COVID-19 came out of the Wuhan BSL4 courtesy of the University of North Carolina and this Australian Health Board. That was published in the Australian news media and I appeared live on Sky News in Australia at the next available opportunity for about 10 minutes or so to discuss this with the Australian People.

The final piece of the puzzle, at least as I have been able to determine so far, and I’m certainly fully prepared to reevaluate my conclusions on the basis of further evidence, is that the Wuhan BSL4 bragged on their website that they have successfully applied nanotechnology to viruses. Nanotechnology to viruses! What is nanotechnology good for when it comes to viruses? Aerosolizing them! That’s what you do with nanotechnology. You aerosolize viruses and bacteria etc. to be used as weapons to be delivered by air in order to be breathed by human beings.

Aerosolization – Fort Detrick does it too. Aerosolization is always the tip-off of a biological warfare weapon. It serves no legitimate scientific or medical purpose at all. That is why at the Wuhan BSL4 when they work there, they have to wear moon suits and with their own portable air supply. Likewise that’s what they do at the BSL4 at Fort Detrick. That’s what all these Nazi biowarfare death scientists do at all BSL4s.

This is what they do at the BSL4 right here in Pune. I’ve seen the pictures. Whatever nonsense they’re telling you about what’s going on there, this is India’s Fort Detrick. India wants to play with the big boys – the United States and China and Russia, and especially compete with their longstanding adversary China. So they set up their own Fort Detrick in Pune despite the requirements of the Biological Weapons Convention.

So in my assessment of the situation, this is what we are dealing with. This is SARS on Steroids. SARS has a lethality rate of somewhere around 14-15% based upon the scientific literature. This is what we are dealing with in India, in the United States, in Brazil and around the world. It is extremely infectious, it is highly lethal, it is existentially dangerous. Basically, humanity is fighting World War 3 against COVID-19. It will kill millions if somehow we do not figure out collectively how to stop it.

In the meantime we have to shut down all these BSL3s and BSL4s including India’s Pune BSL4 because they will leak again. They all leak. That is what happened here in China. I believe the leak occurred from as best as I can figure out from the public record sometime around or about the first week in November 2019. It had nothing to do with the so-called wet market. This is just a cover story and propaganda by the Chinese Communist government. They covered up the SARS bioweapon leak the first time and as you know maybe 1,200 died.

Finally we were able to contain SARS. But this is gain-of-function SARS on Steroids that has been aerosolized and has HIV in it. So it is far more and existentially dangerous than the original SARS itself. And that is why I went live onto Indian television twice to explain to the Indian People what you are up against here in India. And now I am doing this a third time at more length at this scholarly conference.

With all due respect to your previous speaker, and I mean that, the main problem here is not so-called terrorist organizations. The main problem here has always been terrorist governments like the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, China, France, Israel, etc. and now I regret to say India, with your Pune BSL4. You will note that at your Pune BSL4 they’re running around in there in moon suits with portable air supplies so that they can aerosolize whatever biological warfare weapons they have there for delivery to human beings.

This goes all the way back to the Neoconservative Reagan administration and their Tony Fauci getting involved in applying DNA genetic engineering to biological weapons which I tried to stop with my BWATA legislation. Since that time there has been an offensive biological warfare weapons arms race that has been going on by the major industrial countries of the world: United States, Britain, China, Russia, France, Israel and now I regret to report India has joined their ranks too. That is what is going on here. That is what we confront as human beings.

It is a long-term problem. All these BSL3s and BSL4s have to be shut down immediately including the one here at Pune. It will leak. There’s no doubt about it. West Nile virus leaked in the United States from the Department of Agriculture Biowarfare Lab there on Plum Island. It has infected people all over the country. Lyme disease leaked also from that same USDA biowarfare lab on Plum Island and has infected people all over the country. There is a long history of the USDA doing dirty Nazi biowarfare work on plants and animals.

So COVID-19 leaked from that Wuhan BSL4 probably around or about the first week in November. The first case was publicly reported about November 16. At that point at least if not sooner the Chinese government realized there was a leak there and they proceeded to lie about it and cover up about it just like they did on SARS, just like the United States government has done on Fort Detrick, and Plum Island and some of its other biowarfare labs.

They all cover up on it because they know what they are doing violates the Biological Weapons Convention and is morbidly and fatally and existentially dangerous to human beings as well as to animals and plants.

So I am not singling out China out here. Indeed there was a U.S. State Department delegation that went out to that Wuhan BSL4. PRC had been asking for American help and advice to construct it – the world-renowned experts on biological weapons and warfare are Made in the USA and UK.

The State Department came back, and you can read their report in the Washington Post, saying that there were serious safety and technology problems at the Wuhan BSL4. So it leaked, China covered it up, and here we are today. If PRC had acted immediately and effectively to shut down the City of Wuhan and its surrounding area the moment they had notice about it somewhere around or about between November 1-16, 2019 instead of covering it up, perhaps we could have avoided this entire calamity and worldwide pandemic.

Let me just repeat that that research was approved and funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health and the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases under Tony Fauci. They all knew all about it. They all funded it. That Wuhan BSL4 was also a WHO research lab. Imagine that, the WHO being a sponsor of China’s First Fort Detrick!

My alma mater Harvard was involved, and they knew all about it and were a Wuhan BSL4 sponsoring institution as well. Imagine Harvard being a sponsoring institution for China’s First Fort Detrick and their Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard Medical School/MassGen was involved in the manufacture of COVID-19. Harvard’s chemistry professor department chair was over there. He is a specialist in nanotechnology applied to chemistry and biology. He worked for Fort Detrick. He had his own nanotechnology laboratory over in Wuhan. Harvard knew exactly what he was doing!

So what we are dealing with here is a cabal and a cult of Nazi biological warfare death scientists who do this type of existentially dangerous dirty work in all of the advanced industrialized countries of the world.

Let me conclude then with where we stand today. Since as the Indian scientists correctly determined, and that was confirmed by the French Nobel Prize winner in medicine, HIV is DNA genetically engineered into COVID-19, which I agree is the case, then you are not going to be able to develop a safe and effective vaccine for Covid-19. There is no vaccine today for HIV/AIDS despite having tried to develop one for the last three decades.

Personally I don’t think there will ever be a safe and effective vaccine for COVID-19. And even if Big Pharma says it has developed a vaccine for COVID-19, it will probably be more dangerous than useless. I think the best we will be left with is therapeutics and drugs. Therapeutics and drugs have significantly reduced the death rate for HIV/AIDS and it has significantly reduced the death rate for cancer. We’ve tried to find a vaccine for cancer for the last generation, and it’s failed.

But the therapeutics and drugs have worked. I respectfully recommend over here in India that you take your top scientists and put them to work at therapeutics and drugs. I believe any vaccine for COVID-19 will be more dangerous than useless. Therapeutics and drugs are where you should put your money, time, and scientific talents, resources, and expertise. Thank you.
