I've posted your request on my local Nextdoor, and got one response so far. Here it is:

"Hi my name is Trey Steckline and I am quite experienced selling items online. I work for cheap and my service includes photography, a detailed and attention grabbing write-up, posting, packing, shipping, and marketing. I can do a 20 percent commission. I cleaned out my grandfather's messy garage and sold various items for close to 2500 dollars! Up to 30 items! I sell the items on amazon, ebay, ebid, ioffer, letgo, and even craigslist. My number is 805 390 1121. Please call or text."

From me: Some things to consider before you decide to hire an Internet Sales Assistant from a previous ISA:

Decide beforehand who will do the photos, measuring, weighing, packing, shipping and storage.
Who will do the write up, posting, follow up/editing on posts?

Know ahead of time which items might be best to sell online or locally (due to weight)

Are your items organized, or just crammed into a storage space or garage?

Prioritize your most valuable items, for your benefit and your ISA.

Who will research similar items to determine the going rates?

Everything that must be done prior to posting involves time. Be willing to pay for your ISA's time at a faIr rate.
Consider what your own time is worth, and what you would want to be paid per hour.

Write up a contract agreement that details a list of items, specs, list price, listing sites, posting dates, edit dates, who will receive initial payment, commission percentage on net sale revenue, and review period, with
non-cancellation policy or fee if agreement is cancelled.

I was an ASA for many years in Sonoma County, selling valuable artwork, tools, jewelry, large appliances and furniture. I found that many times I had to bridge the gap between my client's fantasies and the realities of what their items were worth.

Here are some of the fees charged by various selling sites:

Following are some of the chains that sell goods on eBay for consumers:

    Chain Sold Price Fee Percentage
Instant Auctions Up to $499.99 28%
    $500 – $999.99 23%
    AuctionItToday Up to $500 30%
    $500 and up 38%
iSold It up to $500 35%
    over $500 20%
