Many folks are dealing with chronic stress, anxiety and fatigue. Yet we humans are amazingly flexible and resilient, and given the right tools can bounce back from distress and adversity.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), aka "tapping" is a mind-body method for rapidly relieving emotional distress and trauma, simply by tapping acupoints. Thousands of people are tapping to relieve aches and pains, fears and phobias, traumas and PTSD, release chocolate and sugar cravings, and build greater confidence and self-esteem. In this class you will learn powerful self-help, self-empowerment tools you can use to help yourself and your family.
My teaching style is experiential as well as informational. An experience is worth a thousand words. I will lead several experiential demonstrations such as how to relieve aches and pains, how to defuse simple traumas and post-traumatic stress, and how to overcome chocolate and sugar cravings. Over 100 research studies have documented the effectiveness of EFT. There will also be time to address specific issues and concerns. All are welcome, and good results are guaranteed.
Instructor John Freedom serves as research director for ACEP, the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, and executive director for FREA, Finding Recovery and Empowerment from Abuse. He teaches seminars on EFT, Energy Psychology and related topics throughout the US and in Europe.
This class will be held at Santa Rosa Junior College, 1501 Mendocino Avenue
