Dear Ones,
You are welcome to convene at Ragle Park for the purpose of singing our gratitude for the emergence of Spring after a long, cold winter. We sing songs of appreciation for all that Mother Earth graciously gives us: food, shelter, loving friends, birds, bees, plants, butterflies, animals, fish, flowing water, brilliant blue sky, fresh air, trees, rivers, mountains, Beauty and Inspiration! We sing and chant NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO (“The origin of Life is in Sound”) and listen to the original songs of local singer~songwriters whose songs are offered to heal our dying Mother Earth.
The next SINGING SPRING event will honor the birthdays of Kate Magdalena and Joelle Bruce, extraordinary singer~songwriters who offer their great musical talent in service to TIKKUN OLAM: Healing the World.
Where: Ragle Park in Sebastopol. We meet at the picnic tables on the hill above the children’s play area
When: Saturday, April 20 at 2:00 p.m. If it rains, please come the following Sunday, April 28.
Please bring your favorite songs and your singing heart, as well as pillows or a blanket sit on the grass.
