    We offer Feldenkrais classes!

Reaching out into the world has a significant impact on our lives and our well being. Studies show that our ability to stay connected keeps us healthy. Come explore how you reach out into the world and learn new ways of connecting to yourself and others.

Through small, safe movements at your own pace, explore potential ease and pleasure. Intentional movement with awareness are potent tools for accessing your brain, keeping both body and brain moving well. Lessons are taught lying on a mat on the floor. You must be able to get up and down safely from the floor in order to participate.

Join us every Wednesday, 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and explore movement with awareness. Classes taught by Valerie Nordby, GCFP

    Members, $8; non-members, $10.
Contact Valerie at 707.217.2915 or [email protected] with questions.

    About Valerie:
Valerie graduated from Feldenkrais professional training in 2007. She continued her studies at the Embodied Life School, diving deeper into body centered awareness practices including the Feldenkrais Method, Focusing and Meditation. Her background is in bodywork, with an interest in health and wholeness. Managing the care of her aging parents deepens her appreciation of the power of movement and awareness.
