Join Patricia Everett for a sound journey using light, sacred geometry, conscious intention and the sound vibrations of the 38" Sun gong, bells, drums, rattles, rain stick, Peruvian water vessel, wind wand and voice.

Katy Mangan will be adding the element of her brilliant storytelling for a portion of the class as well.This is a deeply relaxing experience, please wear comfortable clothing.

The sound vibrations can clear blockages in the physical, mental an emotional bodies, leaving one in a state of bliss.

Bring a mat or something for lying comfortably on the hardwood floor, pillow, blanket, eye cover or bandanna, and water in a closed container. If you have e a crystal or sacred item, bring them to charge in these energies (optional).
