This fun, free eight-session program each Wednesday from April 3 to May 22, 2019 at 1 to 3 pm is for seniors 60+ at all balance levels--those whose concerns about falling compromise their ability to confidently move around; those who have experienced an injury from a fall that has resulted in limited physical or social activity and those who have not experienced a fall but can benefit by learning practical and proactive strategies to address everyday risk.

A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls
participants identify individual solutions to their pressing real-world challenges. Many have discovered fall risks in their homes and everyday lives they were unaware of and reduced or eliminated them. Chair exercise begins in session #3 with a focus on building strength, flexibility and overall conditioning in those areas of the body essential to steadiness and stability. Each session is two hours in duration. Space is limited; reserve a spot today!
