Saturday, February 20th from 9am - Noon
Laguna Treatment Plant, 4300 Llano Road, Santa Rosa
(All ages and abilities welcome!)

Please join us for some rewarding stewardship work! Did you plant trees with us at the 2013 Tree-A-Thon? Are you curious how they are doing? Well come see for yourself as we help wrap up that highly successful project! If you are not familiar with this project site, then you will be surprised that such a large riparian reforestation project has been hiding from you. This project stretches nearly 2 undisturbed miles along the Laguna between Stony Point Road (near Rohnert Park) all the way to Llano Road (near Sebastopol). That is a lot of habitat!

Only heavy rain cancels. Dress with appropriate clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Snacks and tools are provided but please bring water, gloves and friends! Please RSVP only if you are planning on bringing a group of 8 or more people so that we can have enough supplies.

Directions to the Laguna Treatment Plant meeting location:
The Laguna Treatment Plant is located at 4300 Llano Road, Santa Rosa, 95407. Enter at the main entrance and follow the signs to the Visitor Parking area. We will meet there and make a short walk to the project site, passing through the Demonstration Garden and Joint Wetlands along the way. We hope to see you there!

Please contact me if you have any questions or want to RSVP for a large group of volunteers. I look forward to seeing you on the 20th!
