does anybody know or have heard whether or not the suspected shooters were handcuffed when they were pulled from the suv?

and who was the third person that was seen near the scene that was detained?

and have heard any discussion about why the suspected shooters were still so near the scene of the crime?

My understanding, which is not authoritative, is that the suspects had a gun battle with the police and they were both shot to death. The woman was in the car and her husband apparently got out but was shot down right next to or close to their SUV. There is a photo online of his body lying on the ground, not far from their vehicle.

I do not believe that they were handcuffed first and then executed. It seems to me that such an assertion or speculation is simpleminded conspiracy theorizing.
