Housecleaning and general outside work

I am seeking a long term reasonably priced housecleaner for weekly service. All hardwood/tile floors, two adults and no kids so tidy, just cannot do it myself due to back injury. Built in vacuum system so easier than using a bulky machine, I have all my own mostly organic cleaning supplies too.

Second I am seeking a long term and stable, mature, non smoking male to do general jack of all trades outside from 15-20 hours or more a week. Varied duties, nothing too strenuous, just general, stuff that needs attention for a home on 2 acres. Flexible hours, I can work around your schedule but between 8-5 Monday-Friday inly, no weekends or nights please.
