Great Chiropractor

i would like to make a recommendation for those seeking excellent quality chiropractic care locally, and reasonably.

Over decades, i regularly used chiropractors, who always helped me to return to balance quickly. An auto accident age 20 - along with tough family "neck" genes - left me in pain.

5 years ago, i was spending months at a time in Arizona, attempting to help my aging mom.
My sister, who lives there, told me about upper cervical chiropractic care, which had really helped her.

She introduced me to Dr. Mike Gracie there, who truly helped my neck as well.
Turned out that folks sought him out from great distances, as this work truly helped those long-suffering.

i stopped traveling or living there after a series of family tragedies; Dr. Gracie told me to find a specialist here - but his list placed the closest in SF, a long trip from here.

A couple of months ago i was experiencing pain in my neck after travels; and began to search out an upper cervical practitioner here. After a few calls, i met Dr. Richard Doble and his lovely wife Rochelle, who run a small chiropractic office centrally located in Sebastopol.

After several sessions, i can see how much progress i have made. My body feels great, back in balance - ready for life. Now i have 'graduated', so i can see him only twice a month for a very reasonable "maintenance" fee.

We are so blessed in this area - and town, with such amazing talent.
We need to support our local treasures.

As a health practitioner myself, i very much appreciate the professional care i receive,
and notice how caring for myself so simply (2 - 15 minute sessions/ month) makes such a difference in my energy and focus.
