    Baby Chick

    We had an order of baby chicks due to arrive this week. They were sent Saturday afternoon and, due to the storms closing Post Offices, all but one perished. We have one lonely chick and would like to find some chicks to keep her company. Right now she has a cat toy mouse she is sleeping with. Please let us know if you know a place that has baby chicks for sale. We have called everywhere around here to no avail. Thanks! 707-829-1561

    this is the saddest thing i've heard in a really long time!!! may your baby chick find some fluffy little buddies!

    It is sad, Kathy. But we are sticking with her. She has bonded with my husband and he with her. So far she is surviving.
