    HR Manager/Administrative Bonus Incentive Inquiry

I am seeking information regarding what is fair (here in Sonoma County) to compensate a HR Manager/Administrative Assistant when they hiring new employees. I wish to reward my employee with cash bonuses earned periodically over time (1 month, 3 mo., 6 mo., 12 mo., & yearly) for successful hires they recruit. If anyone can offer suggestions please reply to this post.

If you put yourself in their place, what would you like to receive?
Also, considering giving as if you were giving to your son or daughter.

If you want to buy something, what discount % is enough incentive
to purchase? 5% 10% 15%? It could work the same way to inspire employees
to reward you with successful hires.

"Fair" is a matter of perception. Are you paying a fair wage?

I think Shandi's advice is excellent. However as a consultant in this field I would also encourage you to do some research online about what is a fair wage and what is an appropriate incentive bonus and criteria for same. Almost all of the job boards have this free service available based on location and other stats.
