Looking for Host/Parking for our tiny house in Sebastopol or Fairfax

We're looking or a parking/living space for our custom-designed and lovingly-built 8x20 foot tiny house on a trailer. We're ideally looking for someone to host us in their back yard or on a piece of land they have available. We have a few simple needs and a lot to offer.

Please see https://tiny-project.com/parking-needed for all the details about us and our needs -- as well as what have to offer in return. Here are some brief details:

    LOCATION

Our ideal parking spot would be in Sebastopol, preferably within biking distance to town. We'd also explore the option of living in the Fairfax/San Anselmo area.

    DATE

Our current parking situation is on soft earth, so we will no longer be able to move once rainy season starts. We're looking to move this October or November at the latest, before winter rains. We'd like to stay somewhere relatively long-term. If we develop a good relationship with our host, we will be in no rush to leave anytime soon.

    OUR NEEDS
    - Simple water hose hookup for fresh water into the house
    - Standard 110 volt extension cord hookup to power the house (from the main house or existing utilities)
    - A very small corner of the yard for a simple, well-maintained compost pile
    - WiFi internet or a broadband connection to which I can install a wireless router

    "PAYMENT" WE CAN OFFER
    - Money to cover water and electrical utility use
    - Monthy rent payment TBD
    - Some help with gardening / yard work (though we don't have many hours to spare)
    - House / pet / child sitting
    - Other work/trade or barter agreement for web design or other service

Many more photos and details about the house, including complete documentation of its construction can be found at https://tiny-project.com

    ABOUT US

Alek is a 31 year old, successful freelance web designer. He loves the outdoors, and apparently also likes doing crazy things like designing and building a house. He wants a garden and someday a completely sustainable home and fruit orchard.

Anjali loves yoga and movement, eating to heal and cleanse, and finding the divine in all creation. She'll soon be attending the Counseling Psychology Masters Program at Meridian University in Petaluma California.

Anya is quite possibly the cutest shiba inu ever. She is 10 years old (no longer a crazy puppy), so she's mellow and really much more like a cat than a dog. Due to the nature of her bread, she's always kept on leash unless in a fenced-in yard.
