Chollie, some advice from an author who has become quite publicity-savvy: You're not looking for a "literary assistant." You're looking for two people: a publicist and a website designer. The same person isn't likely to do both of these well. I don't know what you mean by "email work," but someone who arranges bookings is a publicist. Your publisher's publicist should be able to get you on the right track.

Realize that most book publicity these days happens via social media, so when you hire a publicist, be sure to get someone who can set that up for you, too.

When you say, "Real work but not high level," rethink that. Publicity work is difficult, takes experience to see results, and is not drone work. Good publicists are expensive.

Congratulations at getting a "real" (by which you probably mean "traditional") publisher -- that's not easy! Good luck with your book.
