When 99.5% of us Occupy our Constitution - we can end these conflicts!

    This article:

    www.news.yahoo.com/israel-accuses-iran-deception-buy-time-atom-155252169.html

& the Occupy Wall Street 2 year anniversary inspired my facebook peace rant...

Call for a cease fire for all September 21st!

When the US and Israel, etc. have gotten rid of all of their nukes, chemical weapons, and strike first drones firing on folks with no due process; only then can they stand on any legal, or moral ground in telling any other nation what they can and can't do.

Be the change you want to see - ring a bell?!! It's not just Iran who has to be accountable regarding all things nuclear.

Since the very first International Day of Peace on 9-11-01 in NYC, America has failed to uphold the United Nation's agreement it made for this 1 day worldwide cease fire, which had just been signed there on 9-7-01.

This is the year we must change our country's deplorable record. Please coordinate an effort to correct this with your representatives, and also a commemorative Day of Peace event with your community members.

No nukes for all; always & in all ways. No person or nation has the right to strike first.

We all have the right to defense. We all must de-fund and remove all methods of offense - for good.

We must de-fund and remove all methods of defense which harm our environment, wildlife, and of course harm civilians.

If we are ever to truly honor our troops; every one of the missions we ask them to put their life on the line for must only be for morally justifiable, and Constitutionally conducted wars of defense - not offense.

It is clear many of America's current foreign & domestic policies are unconstitutional; and still allow for torture*, utilizing debt funding to strike first abroad, while we are 2 weeks away from a Federal default and are without a budget.

If we are in such debt, how can we justify arming "Rebels" in Syria or anywhere??!!

This is treason for the worst of reasons!

Every elected official not upholding their oath of office - to uphold and defend the Constitutional from enemies foreign (The 1%), and domestic (The 1%); needs to be called on correcting this - or recalled NOW!

No matter which political party you support, (or don't), please hold ALL parties accountable for putting the goals of their team "winning" at any cost; before the genocide and ecocide which results from these choices.

Hold all parties accountable for ignoring the vast dishonorable ways the collateral murder of our undeclared "wars" of choice have stacked up since we first signed the UN International Day of Peace agreement in 2001.

The events of that day did not release the US from our domestic or international: laws, treaties and agreements.

Some how these facts have remained out of the light until the recent atrocities in Syria. Now Article 1 Section 8 of our US Constitution is getting long overdue media, and more importantly, Congressional attention.

Here is a fact that matters more than all else. Every use of our military, CIA & contractors since WW II has been a "work around" our Constitution. The War Powers Act, initiated on false pretenses, must be rescinded.

Even more so, Public Law 107-243 must be rescinded ASAP. Since it was signed in 2003, both Presidents have used it to go to "war", anywhere, anytime; without a declaration from Congress, and no due process for the targets of lethal force.

Every September 21st, all nations can hit the re-set button and design a plan for lasting peace, based on respecting everyone's sovereign rights.

The only Constitutional, moral and financially sound thing the US can do about the violence around the world; is to take care of the problems within our borders; lead by example of what a healthy, non-violent nation looks like.

Until our federal government is out of debt, and carries a balanced budget reflecting our domestic priorities; we have no business giving foreign aide to other countries.

This is beyond irresponsible, it makes us a bad role model to those we assist. You can't give to others on a credit card with high interest rates when your own pipes are leaking!

Where there are serious international human rights violations, we can cease to do business with those doing the harm; in our personal, professional and especially public funds spending.

We can work with other nations and aide organizations to provide safe shelter for those caught up in the cross-fire of violence.

This year, I see that 99.5% of us, across the United States, and across the world are standing up against the failed US policy of bombing in the name of peacemaking.

We are feeding each others hope that a cease fire for all IS possible!

Worldwide, the game is changing. They are questioning the so-called intelligence in who is to blame for the use of chemical weapons.

Because all parties have used dishonorable tactics in their pursuit of control; everyone questions what is presented as evidence.

The public, in more and more regions, is not buying mega-media's fake news, biostitute's junk science, military or State Dept. fabricated intel quite so easily.

Which is another reason why the folly of Feinstein to use the US Senate to dictate what a Journalist is, and who has protection in the Press; demonstrates how corrosive the un-spun truth is to those shielding the war crimes of Congress and the White House Administrations.

Honoring our Constitution is how we honor our troops, honor peace & safety in our communities; honor the innocent lives of everyone we share this amazing planet with.

It's how we truly honor our American history, flaws and all; and all the sacrifices it took to get here.

Most of the Congress members & Presidents since WWII, along with the past & present 1% have kept us from learning from our mistakes, and correcting our nation's course for far to long.

Let's adopt at least 1/2 of the 1%, move our money to those demonstrating real Made in America quality, and upstanding social and environmental standards.

If 99.5% of us team up as lobbyist for America's care; we can right our ship; demonstrate authentic diplomacy, not the synthetic kind.

This is the only way other nations and tribes will garner respect, seek to cease their hostilities, and choose to purchase our goods and services.

Being good neighbors, not hypocritical exceptionalist, is the best way for our war debt economy to transform into a balanced, healthy planet recovery system.

Involving American families and resources in demands for: air strikes, arms deliveries, or service members in international disputes; will do nothing to buffer us from dramatic changes in our climate, risks from nuclear contamination in our own soil and waters, and from across the sea.

In the next federal budget cycle, it's time for turning our swords into: plowshares; civic infrastructure repairs; clean, uncrowded school rooms; wildlife friendly solar panels & windmills; non-toxic food and natural resources security; emergency preparedness supplies, etc!

For our current and potential man-made and natural disasters - all states need their National Guard serving at home, not abroad; always.

Please do all you peacefully, proactively, mindfully can to enable our: country, your state & local government to fully participate in the 2013 International Day of Peace.

Working together, 99.5% of us can reverse engineer the outcome we can all thrive with this solstice & Day of Peace, and all that follow.

    BIG thanks peace nation citizens!
