Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
If you don't have time to read a whole book then just read this article, which is very factual with verifiable references ... folks, technological advancements are extremely threatening to the human race right now and the Richmond City Council, amongst others that I've named, have realized this ...

I am also a victim of non-consensual government experimentation with the use of frequencies, DEWs and satellite surveillance and microwave heating. I am a victim of remote, no touch torture. This is then hidden in the "Organized Gang Stalking" and the "Electronic Harassment" protocol designed to mimic mental illness.so when we tell these fantastic tales of what is really happening, people think we're nuts. I am 59, retired realtor, divorced mom of two and I am a TI.This is really happening. Please help us raise awareness and stop this from happening. They can do it to anyone. This is part of the global surveillance grid Snowden is warning about. Please google Dr. Benjamin Colodzin and read his paper warning other doctors of this travesty. Thank you.

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
Thank you Jeannette,
Jeannette is a former Bay Area resident and member of a local group of Bay Area targeted individuals ... yes, there are many of us including a psychologist, a neurologist, a nuclear scientist and whistle blower at Lawrence Livermore Lab, and the list goes on ... all good people ...
In an effort to uncover exactly who is behind this and why they are doing it, I posted the following request on FaceBook yesterday ...
There are people all around the world who are experiencing horrific torture 24/7 ... this torture includes slander, surveillance, stalking, property destruction, pet torture, computer sabotage, theft, psychological abuse, separation from family and friends, income sabotage, and non-stop attacks with chemicals and electronic weapons ... this can go on for years and years ... these people are called "targeted individuals" and I wrote a book about this ...
I'm asking these people the following questions ... who's doing this? ... are these hate crimes, is this silencing, is this experimentation, is this genocide, is this satanism, is this organized crime, is this government? ... what is the purpose of this? ...
The most interesting response came from former mainstream reporter Vic Livingston who sent me the following link ...
https://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2...-stalking.html
If true, this atrocity has to stop ...
As an example of how widespread this is, I offer this recent article from ABC ... notice the sign held by the protester at the end of the story ...

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
I am sorry for your suffering and that of possibly millions. I have been following non consensual experimentation since the USA did so on soldiers in the 1970's and on women and children many times. These 'targeted individuals' are apparently silenced by the media which is controlled by corporations. They can surveill now not only thru Internet and mobile phones but thru the minute tracking devices in people as well as thru facial and brain wave recognition. This is truly frightening. Keep us posted.

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
Thank you, Leila ...
In my own case I focus on what I can prove, which is enough to suggest serious harassment, theft and assault ... what's interesting is that others are now able to document tracking devices in their bodies and abnormal frequencies both emanating from their bodies and hitting their bodies ... since when did we become transmitters and receivers? ...
It's time for people to wake up about technological advancements and their role in our future freedoms ... the targeted individuals are the tip of the iceberg ...

Governor and ex-Navy seal, Jesse Ventura, was one of the first to expose all of this with this video ...

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Foreign Mercenaries in Oregon??
Yes, I'm happy to see all of this coming out ... I shouldn't be surprised with all that's happening in our country but I do find this scene extreme given the circumstances of this case ... these people were on their way to a meeting with the sheriff to try to resolve the situation ... the fbi had to know that ... why not arrest them there? ... there were two women in the truck and the fbi apparently kept shooting at the truck .... here's the whole video of the scene ...

As I suspected, it's all about money ... with absolutely no regard for the innocent lives destroyed ( like mine ) ... I suspect that the weapons testing is also all about money ... innocent Americans are dying out there while the military industrial complex grows even wealthier ... we are in a very sad time in our history, please do not contribute to it ...

All the time people ask me "aren't there laws about this?" ... well yes, actually there are laws about all of this but they're not enforced ... no one is allowed to rip apart citizens in this country without any due process at all and that's why these actions are covert and not covered by media ... the shock jock Pete Santilli had been covering the plight of targeted individuals and now he's in jail ... how convenient ... here is the law that you are breaking if you take part in covert actions meant to destroy the quality of life of any American citizen ...

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Cointelpro 2016
As I mentioned previously, last month I attended a meeting in LA with the FBI to address this problem. There were around 75 "targets" present and two FBI agents. Some have said that this meeting was a waste of time because it's the FBI who are behind this ... I don't agree ... information in our government is compartmentalized meaning that only those with a need to know are informed. It has long been theorized that those who are promoting this agenda are doing so without the knowledge and consent of other members of our government ...
At that meeting the FBI agent asked for a list of laws which were being broken by this protocol and you can see this list by clicking on the following link. I want to make it clear that I will not be holding our local police, our local security volunteers, or our local government informants liable for these abuses because clearly they were misinformed and just doing what they were ordered to do ... what needs to happen here is an investigation about who exactly is giving these orders which so cruelly violate our constitution ...

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Cointelpro 2016
By the way, another reported consequence of this targeting is homelessness ... many report income sabotage and the destruction of personal property, which then has to be replaced ... often this destroys the target financially and they lose most their assets ... I have heard of 75 year old women who are walking the streets homeless after targeting ... I went to promote my book in a few of the facebook political groups that I belong to and I found that someone had added me to the same homeless group eight times ... are people being made homeless so that these properties can be confiscated and exploited? ... or is this just some sort of hate campaign? ... Here's Mark Rich describing what it's like to be targeted ... I know that it sounds extreme and barely believable, but this is really going on ...

If you are performing any duties for the purpose of experimentation on human subjects and you have not obtained their informed consent then you are breaking the law.... also, the classification of actions which are illegal to hide them is also against the law ... https://fas.org/blogs/secrecy/2016/02/doe-human/

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
Folks, after years of research I must conclude that we are in the middle of a new and dangerous arms race. I could have never imagined that, at the beginning of my 6th decade of life on earth, I would play any role at all in any of this, because I have always been anti-war and more concerned with the nurturing of the life on this planet than any attempts to destroy it, .... but here I am, against my will, a witness to these atrocities with absolutely no choice but to expose them. ( see my book )
These developments are being protested around the world by the victims that have been cruelly sacrificed for the training and research associated with this weaponry. They all share a common experience ... a life completely destroyed by covert security agencies ... a personal catastrophe based on slander, the misuse of surveillance, including on foot surveillance, Cointelpro type harassment, isolation from friends and family, and finally financial sabotage rendering them unable to fight or flee from the remote electronic assaults which will surely affect their minds and bodies. This isn't a quick, temporary testing, so I can only conclude that these unfortunate individuals are being used for training. According to thousands of victims, these assaults are occurring almost every moment of every day. If they reach out to those agencies that have taken oaths to protect them, they are immediately diagnosed with mental illness.
Due to illegal classification ( it is illegal to classify that which is illegal such as non consensual experimentation ), there is a gag order in place which prevents media and human rights organizations from acknowledging this ....
This weaponry hacks the human brain and nervous system. Let me be clear about this. That enables our military, or any military in the world, to remotely control your thoughts, your emotions, and your body. Click on all of the links in this article and educate yourselves and please do your own research. We are in dangerous times.
Some have suggested that these attacks are not experimentation at all, but rather deliberate silencing attempts ... see second link ....

Before leaving this subject I'd like to share the following link to show you that, you too, were probably the unwitting victim of non consensual experimentation in the Bay Area .... I'd also suggest that anyone interested in this subject do a search using the words "Stanford" and "Mind Control", because our own Stanford University might be involved in this research. Also, look into Michael Aquino, a member of our military, who worked out of the Presidio for many years and advocated for this technology ...

Gotta admire their conviction in their reporting!

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Currency Wars?
I'm not familiar either. But when I google'd "china gold-backed yuan" I got a swarm of sites with this verbatim or thinly paraphrased. I suggest this is a good test for the quality of all of these sites. These include 'beforeitsnews.com' and 'superstation9' - which is picked up by Global Research without comment and so ties the two together.
It's easy to find other less panicked comments, not that being less panicked makes them totally believable either. But some in the 'gold is the only real money' crowd do at least attempt to make some reasoned arguments. Like this editorial:
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business...etary-system1/
or Forbes:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/kitcone.../#33a07ada73b7
The presence of imminent doom & gloom & cats and dogs living together scenarios on many sites seems to me to immediately identify them as totally non-serious tabloid-style journals. Semi-wacko arguments like that pitched by Ted Cruz regarding gold are bad enough, but these are silly. Of course, I'll take it all back when we're reduced to barter in a couple of days.

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Currency Wars?
In general, I'm in agreement with you, in that the more spectacular the headline the less I trust it ... there is such a thing as "fear porn" which I think is used for distraction .... here, worry about the economy while we rig the elections ... stuff like that ...
But then there are exceptions, when those reporting spectacular events are actually right ...
https://ecowatch.com/2015/11/01/cdc-...ver-up-autism/
In this case, I'm finding this information repeated, without the urgency, as a matter of fact by many ... China, a world currency backed by gold, and the fall of the dollar ... something to watch ... perhaps we should start a trading network before we actually need it ... just a thought ...

Re: Human Rights Watch - A Continuing Thread - Weapons Testing on Civilians
A bit of progress regarding those who feel compelled to torture in this country ... this is huge and should pave the way for the suing of other psychopathic "scientists" who feel that they are above international human rights agreements ...
"Those responsible for the CIA torture program have never had to face their victims’ claims in a U.S. court because the government has always shielded the perpetrators. Until now."
