The morning after I posted this, my cell phone service was cut off and I lost my internet. The cell phone service was discontinued due to a bogus bank chargeback, the bank had absolutely no record of it but that's the report that I got from the cell phone company. Currently, there is no recourse for anyone who is the target of this kind of harassment! Court orders are signed off with very little scrutiny, resulting in flagrant violations of privacy! All too often, the real reason for the “investigation” has nothing to do with criminal activity and everything to do with the targeted individual’s political activities. There is nothing in place to stop these abuses! No congressional oversight committee, no government commission where a citizen can go to file a complaint, no way to even find out who is conducting this horrendous scheme of harassment or even why it is being done.
This lack of accountability has led to blatant abuse of investigative powers at all levels! What this means is: Authorities conducting these “investigations” are currently above the law!

My mother, faced with raising a child on her own, fought publicly for civil liberties and equal pay for women ... some would call her a feminist, though she had 6 brothers who she adored and many precious male friends ... it was all about money and quality of life for her .... she would give the shirt off of her back to anyone in need and often did just that ....

It takes a lot of courage to take a stand exposing this reality behind the curtain to mostly deaf ears, closed minds and ridicule, thank you. I long ago revised my perception of the long entrenched and pervasive hidden system and it's deceptive intentions behind it's vastly funded facade and wrestled with the dilemma of what to do about it.
It seemed like doing nothing was being a supporter/contributor, especially through tax dollars being used for what to me were the most morbidly repulsive and destructive reasons, and I feared just 'going along' after knowing better was weakening me at the deepest soul level. Perpetuating cowardice at least.
For now, I have decided to deal with it by continuing to educate myself and keeping my energy and world as clean as possible, offering information as opportunity arises but not crusading and hoping this both strengthens and protects me and contributes as powerfully as I can through the 100th monkey effect. I believe the greatest enemy AND defense is your mind, but easier said than done to harness it with warrior confidence against nano, star-trek level technologies few would believe have long been perfected.
I can add though, that as bizarre and unfathonable as this info is still to most people, I have found very active communities made up of 1000's of very intelligent and grounded people from around the world who have done their homework and arrive totally educated and having come to the same conclusions with no more need to debate the validity of this shocking and bizarre reality around us. We have long moved on and spend our time instead sorting out new pieces of the puzzle as they arrive. For one, you'll find very aware and sympathetic ears and possibly helpful suggestions at the projectavalon.net forum.

Unfortunately, I am no stranger to the concept of "mind control" as it is debated constantly in the TI community. Some victims swear that their thoughts are being read and that they are "mind controlled" ... I'm a bit more cynical about the whole thing ..
You have to realize that a large part of this protocol has to do with "psyops" or "psychological operations" ... these are mostly propaganda attempts which are designed to cause emotional distress ... they can include private information which is discussed publicly so that the victim knows that he or she is being "watched" ... misinformation published on the internet in an attempt to confuse and scare the target ... fake friends or allies that suddenly come into the target's life and then disappear ... and the list goes on ... this is a branch of "psychological warfare" and it's studied extensively and well funded ... look it up ... so I do take a lot of what I hear with a grain of salt ...
I have no doubt that the technology exists for "brain mapping", etc. ... I just don't think that it's readily available, ... but I might be wrong ... nothing could surprise me at this point .... if you were to accidentally end up in a "TI Shielding" call you would think that all of the participants are crazy ... they actually talk about tin foil hats, and copper walls ... but they're not crazy, a lot of these electronic weapons are already in use ... hell, you can buy some of them on the internet ....
Actually, I listened to a wonderful documentary which stated that we are all mind controlled ... advertising is a form of mind control ... TV is a huge tool for mind control ... every day of your life it tells you what to believe .... about our government, the state of the economy, and what you need to believe to be happy ... no state-of-the-art, advanced weaponry needed ... just a bunch of script writers with a job to do ....
If there is some sort of device aimed at my head meant to interpret my thoughts and consequently control me, then it's not doing a very good job ... I am still "me" and I am still exposing this protocol in every way possible ... this is not what the perpetrators want me to do ... of that I'm sure ...
But this knowledge has to come out, and it is coming out, thanks to the internet ... and thus far, they have not been able to completely control that ... ( but I'm sure that they're working on it ) ....

It has to do with surveillance and private citizens who have become involved with government operations. The targeted individuals that I speak to blame this break down of democracy for their torture and abuse ... Since I started this petition, I have received a death threat against myself, my husband, and my animals.Two days ago two men came to my door. One of them went on to tell me that his wife had been targeted for 15 years because of knowledge that she had about this criminal group. He said that she eventually died because of the use of directed energy weapons against her.Though these weapons seem surreal, you can easily buy them on the internet. He went on to say that this group will kill or hurt everyone that is close to the victim. He told me how they kill animals. I have the names and phone numbers of these men. I took this as a death threat.
I went to my husband, who is now dealing with a neck tumor and heart problems, to ask his permission to continue. He gave me that support, saying that he's dying anyway and that I should continue to try to help other people. This is a brave, beautiful man and I agree with him.
So to continue the education of the community, I wrote this while on the run one day:
I want to write today about the slander aspect of this protocol and why it's so effective. When this first started happening to me I wondered how this criminal organization could fool so many supporters. In TI circles these people are known as “perps”, short for perpetrators, and believe me, they are everywhere … I couldn't believe that so many people would willingly hurt a stranger.
As I began to do research and talked to many other Tis, I came up with the following answers:
And this brings me back to the power of slander … how could they convince church groups to participate in harassment?
- A lot of these people are ex-criminals or compromised in some other way. This is verified from my own experience. One of my most destructive perps convinced me to rent him a room in my house. He came off as an impeccably dressed person ( as most of them do ) … he drove a newish, very clean car ( another common trait ) … he was well-spoken, clean cut, a student at SRJC with good references. Within months of moving in he started to leave drug paraphernalia all over my home and his girlfriend became a permanent guest. Then my possessions started to break. When my car radiator sprung a leak following night noises in the driveway, I called the cops and found out that he had a long, criminal record.....This scenario with people in my life who seemed wonderful and quickly turned destructive was repeated constantly. I know that several of them had criminal pasts.
- A lot of these people are drug addicts. This is another thing that I noticed, and the drug of choice is methamphetamines. Drug addiction is a powerful tool for control.
- Then there's the supposed Homeland Security crowd that most TIs talk about.... possibly infraguard, neighborhood watch, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxCKwuHYB2g When I realized that the federal government had loose contracts with ordinary citizens, I understood how this could happen … hell, anyone could call anyone a terrorist and with no system of checks and balances, and no judicial court system in place, this system could be easily hi-jacked by criminal groups.
- And this one I found most troubling … Tis are discovering that this criminal group is recruiting church groups to do their stalking …
According to my research, they make a careful study of these church groups to learn of their moral beliefs… These criminals are masters of manipulation … They are trained psyops agents ( look it up ).. “psyops” refers to a branch of study known as “psychological operations”.
So to motivate the church groups to attack a woman they will tell them that she abuses her children, or that she's a prostitute, a drug user, or that she's had a lot of abortions. This practice is well documented. They will falsify records, produce false witnesses, whatever it takes to achieve their criminal goals.
If it's a man that they're trying to destroy, they will say that he's gay, a drug dealer, a terrorist or a pedophile. In this way they also victimize the general public.
Because of their possible loose ties with real government programs, they can probably wave some bogus government documents around. If someone arrives at your door in a new car, impeccably dressed, with some government stationary, photos of the victim, etc. … what do you think? It must be real, right? … But it isn't real … I'm living proof of that … If I had really done anything to be ashamed of, do you really think that I'd still be here after a year of this? … so think again … this is well-constructed slander meant to destroy an innocent victim for purposes of revenge.… You've been duped … it's called “brainwashing” ….

You will see a photo of a dead fawn which I found on my front lawn … sorry to post this … this is the third dead animal in my life since the harassment began … no fourth, I found a dead rat just outside of my car door just the other day …
You will see a photo of my skin after a chemical attack – I had not been out in the sun … something burnt my skin while on my property ….
You will see the latest assault on my car … the clear coat has been stripped using some kind of chemical… this has happened all over the car and not in a normal way …you can see that something has eaten right through the paint and into the metal …

when I left his apartment this man was just standing there staring at me. I smiled at him and he grimaced. He never took his eyes off of me and when I went walking he followed me. I took his picture to show family and friends what I go through on a daily basis. Was he a stalker? What do you think?
I wanted to put a photo on the petition and this seemed appropriate. This protocol is about intimidation. If someone is staring at you through dark glasses and following you then it can be intimidating, though I've gotten used to it. I hear that the intimidation and stalking are intended to make you angry so that you'll strike out ... don't forget the ultimate goal is to remove you from society, have you arrested or committed ...
I read recently that some of these stalkers are paid and that they enjoy what they do ... it makes them feel important, powerful and connected to a group ... I suppose you feel like James Bond doing this kind of thing ... unfortunately, I hear that the contract that they sign is very difficult to get out of, so you're signing away your freedom if you get involved with this ....
